How to unlock the door during a programme?

Press the Delay start button for 3 seconds to activate emergency unlocking. Wait for the drum to stop completely before opening.

What to do if the washing machine displays error code E:XX?

Consult the manual for the specific code. Generally, E:10 indicates a water inlet problem, E:30 a drain blockage. Check the filters and hoses.

How to clean the lint filter?

Open the flap at the bottom right, unscrew the filter cap, remove the lint and rinse under running water. Reassemble by turning clockwise.

How much detergent to use?

Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions. Generally, for 9 kg, use 75 ml of liquid detergent or 100 g of powder. Adjust according to water hardness.

How to activate child lock?

Press the + and - buttons of delay start simultaneously for 3 seconds. A lock symbol appears on the screen.

The washing machine does not turn on, what to do?

Check the power plug and fuse. Make sure the door is properly closed. If nothing works, contact customer service.

How to start a quick programme?

Turn the selector to the Quick 15 min programme for lightly soiled clothes. You can also select Quick 30 min in the menu.

Why is there residual water in the detergent drawer?

This is normal after the drum cleaning programme. If persistent, check that the drawer is properly inserted and not blocked. Clean it regularly.

How to maintain the door gasket?

Wipe the gasket with a damp cloth after each wash. Remove detergent residue and small objects. Leave the door ajar to prevent mold.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
