Open the pump cover, remove it and clean it. Make sure the appliance is switched off and unplugged before any intervention.

What to do if an error code appears?

How to replace the door seal?

Remove the door, the front panel and the clamping collar. Remove the old seal and install the new one in reverse order. Wear protective gloves.

Can I repair the washing machine myself?

Yes, for certain parts such as the top, control panel, detergent drawer, door, seal, door lock, light and front panel. Follow the instructions in the manual and observe the safety instructions.

How to change the control panel?

Remove the top and the detergent drawer. Unscrew the screws, remove the fasteners, disconnect the connectors and remove the panel. Install the new one in reverse order.

Why won't the door open?

Check that the cycle is finished. If the water is still hot, wait for it to cool down. In case of malfunction, manual unlocking may be necessary (see manual).

What type of detergent to use?

Use a detergent suitable for the laundry and water hardness. Prefer detergents for front-loading machines. Follow the recommended dosages.

How to maintain the detergent drawer?

Remove the drawer by pressing the latch. Clean it with warm water. Make sure the compartments are dry before putting it back.

The machine vibrates a lot, what to do?

Check that the feet are correctly adjusted and the floor is stable. Remove the transport bolts if present. Avoid overloading the drum.

How to replace the drum light?

Remove the top, the detergent drawer and the control panel. Take out the light holder, disconnect the connections and replace the light. Reassemble in reverse order.

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
