What to do if the dishwasher does not drain water?

How to clean the dishwasher filter?

Remove the lower basket, unscrew the cylindrical filter and rinse it under running water. Replace it correctly.

The dishwasher displays error code E15. What does it mean?

Code E15 indicates anti-overflow protection. Turn off the water supply and contact after-sales service.

Can I use all-in-one detergent tablets?

Yes, 3-in-1 tablets are suitable. Place them in the detergent drawer. The dishwasher dissolves them automatically.

How to adjust the regenerating salt level?

Open the salt reservoir cap and use the adjuster according to water hardness. The manual indicates the positions.

My dishwasher makes an abnormal noise during operation. What to do?

Check that the dishes are well placed and do not obstruct the spray arms. If the noise persists, inspect the drain pump.

Can I repair the dishwasher myself?

Yes, some simple repairs (replacing door seal, detergent drawer) are possible. Follow the instructions in the repair manual. For electrical parts, call a professional.

What are the available programs?

The programs include: Eco 50°C, Intensive 70°C, Quick 45°C, Glass 40°C, Hygiene and a rinse program.

How to maintain the door seal?

Regularly clean the seal with a damp cloth to avoid residues. If the seal is worn or leaking, replace it following the repair manual.

These repair hints support consumer to repair appliances by himself according to the applicable eco-design regulation (as of 03/2021).

They contain information how to exchange defined spare parts including warnings and risks.

In case of questions, please contact our customer service. We will only be liable for damages if the repair hints have been followed properly.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

Warning level Meaning
Danger	Non-observance of the warning message will result in death or serious injuries.
Warning	Non-observance of the warning message could result in death or serious injuries.
Caution	Non-observance of the warning message could result in minor injuries.
Notice	Non-observance of the warning message could result in damage to property.

Torx Bit TX20 with hole, long 6.3°mm (1/4") 152°mm, for screws [00341272] with safety pin

2. Push worktop to the back of the appliance (2).
3. Move worktop upwards (3) to remove it.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
