How to remove the top of the machine?

Remove the screws at the back, push the top backwards then lift it. Refer to section 3.1 of the manual.

How to replace the control panel?

Unplug the appliance, remove the top and the detergent drawer, then unscrew and remove the control panel. Watch out for sharp edges: wear gloves.

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Open the drawer, press the inner clip and pull it out. You can rinse it with warm water.

How to change the detergent drawer handle?

First remove the detergent drawer, then unclip the handle by removing the fixing elements.

How to remove the door?

Make sure the appliance is disconnected from power and water. Open the door, remove the hinge screws and lift the door. Watch your fingers.

How to replace the door seal?

Remove the detergent drawer, door, pump cover and front panel. Unclip the old seal and install the new one tightening the clamp to 3.4 Nm.

What to do if the machine does not drain?

Check the pump filter located at the bottom front of the machine. Open the cover, remove the filter and clean it.

How to access the pump?

Unplug the appliance, remove the pump cover by tilting it forward. The pump is then accessible for maintenance.

How to replace the drum light?

Remove the top, the detergent drawer and the control panel. Unclip the light holder, disconnect the connectors and replace the bulb.

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
