How to install the CANDY CFT611NW range hood?

Mount the hood at a minimum height of 65 cm above an electric hob and 70 cm above a gas hob. Use the provided template to mark fixing holes, drill and secure the wall bracket. Connect the exhaust duct or install a charcoal filter for recirculation mode. Finally, connect the electricity supply and test the functions.

How often should I clean the grease filters?

The aluminium grease filters should be cleaned every 2-3 months, or more frequently with heavy cooking. Remove them from the hood and wash by hand in warm water with a mild detergent or in the dishwasher at low temperature. Dry thoroughly before reinserting.

How do I replace the LED lights?

First, switch off the range hood and disconnect it from the power supply. Gently pry out the LED light module with a flat-head screwdriver. Disconnect the wiring, fit the replacement LED module (1.5 W, same type) and reconnect. Push the module back into place until it clicks.

Can the CFT611NW be used in recirculation mode?

Yes, this hood supports recirculation mode. You need to install an activated charcoal filter (not included) at the top or side of the hood. This filter absorbs odours and must be replaced every 4-6 months depending on usage.
