B. Release button to loosen the whisks and the dough hooks off the mixer.
C. Speed selector 0-5
D. Turbo button
E. Whisks
F. Dough hooks

How to use the whisks
Position the mixer upright and hold on to the stem of the whisks, while pushing them into the openings underneath the appliance. When you hear a click, the whisks are locked.
Position the speed selector at 0 and insert the plug into a mains socket. The mixer is now ready for use.
Hold on to the handle of the mixer while inserting the whisks into the liquid to be whipped. Use your thumb to select the speed level by pushing the speed control to the right or to the left, respectively. Always start at step 1 and increase gradually if needed.
Move the whisks around in the bowl in order to obtain a consistent blend.
In order to avoid splashes, always keep the whisks in the bowl during use. Switch off the mixer before removing the whisks from the bowl.
The whisk is used for whipping egg whites, cream and thin mixtures. Do not use the whisk to mix tough mixtures such as shortcrust pastry etc.
NOTE! The whisks and the dough hooks should work freely in the product to be whipped/mixed, as if not, the motor could be overcharged.
Do not use a whisk and a dough hook at the same time.
How to use the dough hooks
Place the mixer upright and hold on to the stem of the whisks while inserting them into the openings underneath the appliance. The markings on the housing of the appliance show where to insert which whisk. When you hear a click, the whisks are locked. It is important that the dough hooks are inserted into the correct openings. If not, the dough will work its way up the hooks and the handle. The dough hooks are for thicker products, e.g. tough dough such as shortcrust pastry etc.
Choice of speed
Speed 1-2 Blending of dried ingredients and liquids such as cream, egg mixtures and mashing of vegetables. Mixing with dough hooks for cake dough and thicker dough.
Speed 3-5: Whipping of cream, whole eggs and egg whites and mixing of minced meat and kneading of light types of dough.
Turbo: For extra fast whipping for short periods. The turbo function can be used at any speed to increase the speed of the chosen setting.
The maximum mixing time for continuous mixing is 3 minutes, followed by a break of 30 minutes.
NOTE! The whisks and the dough hooks should work freely in the product to be whipped/mixed, as if not, the motor could be overheated.
After use
Position the speed selector at 0 and unplug. Press the release button with your thumb to loosen the whisks/dough hooks. Note that the release button can only be activated when the speed button is in position 0.
Cleaning and maintenance
Wash the whisks and the dough hooks in warm water and a little washing-up liquid or in the dishwasher. Wipe the motor part with a cloth, may-be damped with a little water and detergent. Wipe with a dry cloth and some kitchen towel. Do not use aggressive detergents and tools that could scratch or dull the surface.
