How do I change the power setting?
Pull the cord repeatedly to cycle through settings: one pull = Low (650 W), two pulls = Medium (1350 W), three pulls = High (2000 W), four pulls = Off (0). The current setting is shown on the function indicator.
Can I use the patio heater indoors?
No, this heater is only for outdoor dry weather use. It must not be used in bathrooms, swimming pools, greenhouses, or any indoor or damp environment.
How do I clean the heater?
Always unplug the heater and let it cool completely. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For dust on the reflector or tubes, remove the grille by loosening the four screws on the back, then gently brush dust off with a soft brush. Do not use compressed air or abrasive cleaners.
What safety precautions should I follow?
Always connect to an earthed socket. Keep the heater at least 1 m from walls, 30 cm from ceiling, and 1.8 m above floor. Do not cover or place near flammable objects. Supervise children and pets. Switch off and unplug when not in use. Never immerse in liquid.

If still not working, do not attempt repairs yourself; contact an authorized service center or the store where you purchased it.
Can I use an extension cord?
Yes, if necessary, use an extension cable with a minimum rating of 10A and 2000W. Always fully unroll the extension cable to avoid overheating.

Technical diagram showing a mechanical assembly with dimension annotations and a separate schematic view of a device with labeled parts.

Mount the heater head on the wall bracket. The mounting bracket on the upper part of the rear of the heater head should hang in the angled part of the wall bracket. The mounting screws (7) should be placed in the holes at the bottom of the wall bracket and pressed down, until the heater head is firmly fixed.

Check that the patio heater is firmly fixed in place before using it.

Model with stand (ATG 2001)

☐ The patio heater should be sited at least 1m from the nearest wall. The heater head should be at least 30cm from the ceiling, and at least 1.8m above the floor. The patio heater should stand firmly on a horizontal floor.
Put the lower part of the stand (b) in the base (a), lay the base on its side, and fasten the stand to the underside of the base with the washer and screw (c).
7 Position the base correctly so that the stand is upright. Put the middle part of the stand (d) in the lower part, and fix it in place with one of the screws (e). In the same way, fix the upper part of the stand (f) in the middle part with a screw.
Put the upper stand (h) in the white socket on the upper end of the stand. Pass the collar (g) down over the upper stand and screw it firmly into place using the white socket.
