How do I heat milk without frothing?
Install the stirrer (not the whisk), pour milk up to the top mark (240 ml), close lid, place on base, and press the start/pause button. The appliance will automatically shut off when the milk reaches approximately 70°C.
How do I froth milk?
Install the whisk, pour milk up to the middle mark (115 ml), close lid, place on base, and hold the start/pause button for about 2 seconds. The top indicator light will turn on and frothing starts. It shuts off automatically after about 65 seconds.
Can I heat and froth milk at the same time?
Yes. For heating and frothing, install the whisk, fill milk to the middle mark (115 ml), and press the start/pause button normally (short press). The appliance will heat and froth the milk simultaneously and shut off at optimal temperature.
What should I do if the blue indicator light keeps flashing?
The appliance is overloaded. Disconnect the power and wait approximately 5 minutes before using it again.
How should I clean the milk frother?
Unplug and let it cool completely. Clean whisk and stirrer in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry. Fill the jug with warm water, let it stand, empty, and wipe with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base, cord, or plug. The appliance is not dishwasher safe.
Can I wash the jug and accessories in the dishwasher?
No, the appliance and accessories are not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only.
What type of milk can I use?
The appliance is designed for cow's milk. Other types of milk may produce less foam or not heat properly. Always ensure the milk volume is above the bottom mark.
How long does it take to heat milk?
Heating milk to approximately 70°C takes about 2 minutes. The appliance shuts off automatically.
Can I use the appliance without the lid?
No, the lid must be closed during use for proper operation and automatic shut-off. The silicone seal ensures a tight fit.
What should I do if the appliance does not turn on?
Check that the plug is connected to a suitable socket (230 V, 50 Hz) and that the base is dry. Make sure the jug is properly placed on the base. If the appliance still does not work, contact customer service.
