How to install the ZK420UST projector for a sharp image?

Place the projector 20 to 30 cm from the wall or screen. Use the manual focus ring or the built-in autofocus. Enable 4D keystone correction in the menu to adjust image geometry.

What is the light source life and how to extend it?

The laser light source lasts up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode. To extend its life, enable Eco mode, reduce brightness, and clean the air filter regularly.

The projector displays a 'high temperature' message or shuts down. What to do?

Check that the ventilation slots are not blocked. Clean the air filter with a vacuum or dry cloth. Ensure the ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C.

How to connect an external device like a game console or PC?

Use an HDMI cable (preferably high-speed) to connect the device to one of the projector's HDMI ports. Select the corresponding source in the Input menu. For sound, use the audio output or the built-in speaker.

Can I use the projector with a standard projection screen?

Yes, it is compatible with standard projection screens. For optimal quality with a UST, choose a screen designed for ultra-short throw (ALR) to reduce reflections.

How to maintain the lens and air filter?

Clean the lens with a soft, dry cloth using circular motions. The air filter should be dusted every 500 hours of use with a vacuum or compressed air.

The projector does not turn on. What is the troubleshooting procedure?

Check that the power cord is properly connected and that the power outlet works. Try another cable. If the LED indicator blinks, refer to the code table in the manual.

How to adjust sharpness and focus?

Use the focus ring located on the side of the projector to adjust sharpness. You can also enable autofocus via the Image Settings menu.
