How do I load staples into the 15G455?

Hold the unit with your left hand, press down on the pusher knob with your right hand and pull it back (Fig. H1-H2). Load staples with feet facing down into the magazine (Fig. H3). Insert the pusher (Fig. H4) and push it towards the front (Fig. H5). Maximum capacity is 200 staples type 604C.

How do I load the tape?

Open the magazine cover (Fig. A1) and the tape guide cover (Fig. A4). Load the tape as shown in Fig. B4, then close the covers until they snap. Extend the tape so it protrudes about 1 cm from the lower stapler mechanism (Fig. A6).

How do I tie objects with the device?

Press the strap onto the objects and move the machine so the object is inside the jaws (Fig. E1-E2). Press the moving handle (Fig. E3) to the end. The object will be bound with both tape and staple, and the tape will be cut automatically.

How do I replace the cutting blade?

When the blade becomes dull, hold the front of the handle assembly and staple magazine assembly, use pliers to pull out the old blade (Fig. A10), then insert a new blade. Be careful as the blade is very sharp. An additional blade is included.

How do I remove stuck staples?

Dismantle the pusher assembly and remove the loaded staples. Use a steel wire or small screwdriver to remove the stuck staples (Fig. G).

WORKING WITH A WINCH

HOW TO LOAD STAPLES

1. holding the unit with your left hand, use your right hand to press down on the pusher knob and pull it back Fig. H1 H2.
2. load the staples into the magazine assembly so that the staple feet are facing downwards and position them in the pusher assembly fig H3. Magazine capacity 200 staples type 604C.
3. after loading the staples, insert the pusher Fig. H4 and push it towards the front of the tying machine Fig. H5.

HOW TO OPEN A TAPE HOLDER

1. place your finger on the top of the cover fig. A11, then open the cover with your thumb by pressing the top part.

HOW TO LOAD THE TAPE

1. open the magazine cover fig. A1 and the tape guide cover fig. A4, load the tape as shown in fig. B4 and close the covers until they "snap" into place.

2. extend the tape so that it protrudes approximately 1cm from the lower stapler mechanism fig. A6.

HOW TO REMOVE THE TAPE

1. grasp the moving handle of the strapping machine and press so that the strap catcher catches the end of the strap Fig. C3.

NOTE: Once the tape catcher has caught the end of the tape, do not press down harder on the handle.

1. Release the handle. The tape will be pulled out fig. D.

2. in case the tape catcher does not catch the tape after grabbing the handle, press the handle harder several times until the tape is caught.

HOW TO TIE OBJECTS

1. Press the strap onto the objects to be tied and move the tying machine so that the object to be tied is inside the jaws Fig. E1 E2.

2. press the moving handle fig. E3 to the end with the tape centrally placed and the object will be bound with both tape and staple. At the same time, the tape will be cut off.

HOW TO REPLACE A BLADE

1. when the blade becomes worn and is not sharp enough to cut the tape effectively, replace it with a new one.

2. Holding the front of the handle assembly Fig. F and the staple magazine assembly with your hand, pull out the old blade Fig. A10 using the pliers and insert the new blade. Proceed very carefully so as not to damage the edge of the blade.

CAUTION: As the blade is very sharp, it must be handled with care to avoid injury during replacement. An additional blade is included with the unit.

HOW TO REMOVE STUCK STAPLES

1. dismantle the pusher assembly and remove the loaded staples. Remove the staples using a steel wire or small screwdriver fig. G
