Possible causes: appliance in sleep mode (touch any button), not plugged in or powered on, water tank empty, or safety lock engaged (for hot water). Also check if the filter is correctly installed and the inner water tank is inserted properly during first use.
How do I reset the filter lifetime indicator?
After replacing the filter, long press both the temperature and volume selection buttons together for 3 seconds. The filter lifetime indicator will turn off, confirming reset.
