The electric shaver is not intended for business activities or other professional areas of use. The electric shaver is not intended for wet shaving or for cutting synthetic hair or animal fur.
CHARGING

Note:
When charging the electric shaver for the first time after purchase or when it has not been used for more than three months, it is necessary to charge it for 2 hours. If you are charging the electric shaver for the first time or if you have not used it for a long time, it may take several minutes before the LED charging indicator lights up. The electric shaver may heat up during the charging process. This is normal and does not indicate a malfunction
- The electric shaver has a built-in battery that enables its cordless operation.
• The electric shaver can be charged in two ways: - by means of an external device with a USB port (e.g. computer, USB hub, powerbank, etc.).
- by means of a standard USB adapter connected to a power socket
- Insert the smaller USB connector (USB/C) into the socket at the bottom of the hair clipper and the larger connector into the selected power source. Charging will start and the indicator A7 will be lit.
- The charging time differs depending on the current battery power level. If the battery is completely discharged (flat), a full charge will take approximately 2 hours.

Note:
The electric shaver can be used while it is charging. It is not necessary to wait for a minimum battery charge.
- As soon as the battery is fully charged, disconnect the USB power cable from the power source.

Attention:
Do not leave the electric shaver connected to the power grid for longer than is necessary to charge it.
- A fully charged hair clipper battery will provide up to 90 minutes of cordless operation. Then it is necessary to charge the battery again.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR EXTENDING THE LIFETIME OF THE BATTERY
- In order for the built-in battery to serve you as long as possible, charge, use and store the electric shaver in a dry environment at an ambient temperature of 15–35 °C. Lower or higher temperatures have a negative impact on the lifespan of the battery.
• We recommend charging the battery only after leaving it to fully discharge. - When the electric shaver is not used for an extended period of time, charge it at least once every 6 months.
OPERATION
SHAVING
• Turn on the electric shaver by pressing the on/off switch.
- Hold the electric shaver at a right angle to the skin surface and in short circular motions glide the shaving head over the skin on the face, moving against the growth direction of facial hair. Apply appropriate pressure to the skin. Do not push too hard.
- Tension the skin with your free hand when shaving hard to reach places such as, for example, on the chin. In this way you will achieve better shaving results.

Note:
It may take your skin and facial hair two to three weeks to become accustomed to the new way of shaving. During this period, we recommend using the electric shaver every day.
- When you have finished shaving, clean the electric shaver according to the instructions in chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE.
TRIMMING
- For trimming sideburns or clipping moustaches or goatees, use the extensible clipper.
- Using your thumb, move the slide button A12 upwards, which will slide out the clipper.
- When you have finished trimming/clipping, turn off the electric shaver, clean the extensible clipper according to the instructions in chapter CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE and snap the clipper back.
LOW BATTERY POWER INDICATION
- In the event that the battery symbol A9 starts flashing while the electric shaver is used, this means that the battery is almost discharged (flat). If this happens, turn off the electric shaver, plug it into a power source and continue using it.
TRAVEL LOCK
- The travel lock prevents the electric shaver from being turned on accidentally, e.g. while travelling.
- The travel lock is activated by pressing and holding down the On/Off switch for 3 seconds. Lock function indicator A8 will be lit on the body of the electric shaver. The On/Off switch no longer reacts to being pressed.
- To deactivate the travel lock, again press and hold down the On/Off switch for 3 seconds. The lock symbol will turn off. Now the electric shaver is again ready for use.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning:
Before cleaning it, the electric shaver must always be turned off and disconnected from the power source. For cleaning the electric shaver and its parts, never not use brushes with hard bristles, cleaning products with an abrasive effect, solvents, etc. Otherwise, its surface may be damaged.
No part of this electric shaver or the USB charging cable is intended for washing in a dishwasher!
- For hygiene reasons, clean the electric shaver after every use. Regular cleaning is also important to ensure the correct operation of the electric shaver and to extend the lifespan of the foils.
- Turn off the electric shaver before cleaning it. Never clean the electric shaver when it is charging and connected to the power supply.
CLEANING THE EXTERNAL FOILS/EXTENSIBLE CLIPPER

Attention:
Never clean the external foils of the shaving head using the supplied or any other brush! The foil is very fragile and there is a risk of damaging it.
- Apply a small amount of liquid soap and a little bit of water on to the external foil.
- Turn on the electric shaver (ATTENTION: It must not be connected to an electrical power source!) and allow it to run for a while. Then turn it off and rinse the shaving head or extensible clipper under running warm water until you remove all the remaining soils. Thoroughly rinse away all the foam and then turn on the electric shaver for a few seconds.
- Allow the electric shaver to dry out, ideally in a location away from direct sunlight.
CLEANING THE INNER FOIL
- Press the buttons A4 on the sides of the electric shaver to release the shaving head, and remove it.
- You can clean the inner foil and its surroundings using the supplied brush or to rinse it out under running water and then let it dry out naturally.

Note:
If you clean the electric shaver under running water then apply a drop of fine machine oil (not included) on to the shaving foil and the clipper once per week.
CLEANING THE ELECTRIC SHAVER UNIT AND THE CHARGING CABLE
- The electric shaver unit can be cleaned using a clean dry cloth. In the event that it is very dirty, you can use a lightly dampened cloth. Then thoroughly wipe the cleaned surface dry.
• To clean the USB charging cable, use a clean, dry cloth.
REPLACING THE THE INNER FOIL
- Press the buttons A4 on the sides of the electric shaver to release the shaving head, and remove it.
- Grasp the inner foil by the sides and pull it to slide it out of the electric shaver. Insert a new foil back in so that it clicks into place.
STORAGE
- When you have finished using it, you can store the electric shaver with all its accessories in a suitable location out of children's reach. Keep the electric shaver away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Do not use in an overly dusty environment.
