How do I pair the luminaire with the remote control?

For group pairing, turn on the luminaire and within 10 seconds press any number from 0-99 followed by the ID key. The luminaire will blink once to confirm. For non-group pairing, press the I I button within 10 seconds of turning on.

Can I control multiple luminaires with one remote?

Yes, one remote can control up to 100 groups of luminaires with no limit on the number of luminaires per group. You can control a single group by pressing its ID number or all groups by pressing the ALL key.

What does IP20 mean?

IP20 indicates that the luminaire is protected against solid objects greater than 12.5 mm (like fingers) but not protected against water. It is suitable for indoor use only.

Is the luminaire dimmable?

No, the manual does not mention dimming capability. The luminaire is controlled via remote for on/off and group selection, not dimming.

Can I use this light outdoors?

No, the IP20 rating means it is only for indoor use. It should be installed in a dry location.

How do I install the luminaire?

Mount the lamp firmly onto a solid base such as a wall or ceiling. Connect the power cord to mains 230 V~, ensuring the connecting conductor is not live during installation. This must be done by an authorized person. Follow wiring: N (blue) for neutral, L (brown) for live.

What should I do if the luminaire stops working?

First, check the power supply and connections. If the LED chips are faulty, they cannot be replaced. Do not try to repair yourself; contact an authorized service. Also check if the remote batteries are working and re-pair if necessary.

How do I clean the luminaire?

The LED light fitting is designed for installation onto a solid base in indoor areas.

Enclosure: IP20 for indoor environments.

Mounting

Mount the lamp firmly onto a solid basis, for example a wall, a ceiling and like that.

Connect the power cord to the mains 230 V\~.

Connecting conductor must not be connected to the mains at time of installation. This operation can be carried out only by an authorized person.

Pair and Un-pair

1. Single group pair

a. Turn on the luminaire and finish steps b) and c) in 10 seconds
b. Press any number from 0–99 and then press ID key
c. Repeat step b), the luminaire will blink one time and finish pairing

Note: One remote controller can pair 100 groups of luminaires a no limit in each group

2. Non-group pair

Turn on the luminaire, press I I in 10 seconds. The luminaire will blink one time and pairing is finished.

Single group control or all control

1. Single group control – Press the ID number of the luminaire and then press function key
2. All control – Press ALL key and then press function keys

• Luminaire is suitable entirely for fixed mounting.
• The luminaire can be connected only to the electric distribution network whose installation and protection complies with the applicable standards.
• Before any manipulation or servicing of the luminaire disconnect the luminaire from AC power. This operation can be carried out only by an authorized person.
• In case of any damage to any part of the luminaire, don't use it.
  • LED chips inside the luminaire are not replaceable.
• Don't change inner wiring of the luminaire.
• The protection from dangerous contact voltage is ensured by „earthing“.
