How do I assemble the Pulp Inox juicer?
Place the motor base on a flat surface, attach the pulp container, insert the strainer, then place the juicing cone on top. Ensure all parts are locked into position before use.
Can I juice oranges with seeds?
It's best to remove seeds before juicing as they can damage the strainer or affect pulp quality. The juicer can handle small seeds, but large seeds should be removed.
How do I clean the Pulp Inox after use?
Disassemble all removable parts and rinse immediately under running water. Most parts are dishwasher safe (top rack). Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water.
What is the difference between low and high speed?
Low speed is for soft fruits like oranges and grapefruits; high speed is for harder fruits like apples or carrots. The Pulp Inox is primarily for citrus, so low speed is recommended.
How do I adjust the pulp level?
Turn the pulp control knob located on the pulp container. Adjust to 'fine' for less pulp or 'coarse' for more pulp in your juice.
The juicer stopped working during use. What should I do?
This may be due to overload protection. Turn off and unplug, let it cool for 15 minutes, then reset by pressing the reset button on the bottom. Reduce the amount of fruit processed at once.
Can I juice lemons and limes?
Yes, the Pulp Inox is ideal for all citrus fruits including lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruits. Cut them in half before juicing.
Is the pulp container dishwasher safe?
Yes, the pulp container, strainer, and juicing cone are all dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack to avoid warping.
Where can I find replacement parts?
Replacement parts such as the strainer, pulp container, and juicing cone can be ordered from the Becken website or authorized retailers. Use the model number 'Pulp Inox'.
