Frequently Asked Questions - Scooter TWO S60 SENCOR

How do I connect the scooter to the app?
Install the Sencor Scooter app from Play Store or App Store. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device and power on the scooter. Open the app, it will automatically search for devices. Select your scooter (e.g., 'Sencor957868') and enter the Bluetooth password (default: 000000).
What is the default Bluetooth password?
The factory default Bluetooth password is 000000. You can change it in the app settings under 'Set Bluetooth Password'.
How do I reset the Bluetooth password if I forget it?
If you forget your custom password, you may need to reset the scooter's Bluetooth module. Check the manual for factory reset instructions; otherwise, contact Sencor support.
Can I use the scooter without the app?
Yes, the scooter can be operated without the app. The app provides additional features like statistics, speed limit adjustment, and cruise control settings. For safety, never use the app while riding.
How do I set the speed limit?
Open the app, go to Settings, then adjust 'Speed limit' for the current riding mode. The maximum speed can be limited to a desired value below the mode's top speed.
What is cruise control and how do I use it?
Cruise control maintains a constant speed. Enable it in Settings and set the activation speed (e.g., 5 km/h). While riding, maintain the same speed for about 5 seconds; an acoustic signal indicates activation. It deactivates when braking or using the throttle.
How do I change the riding mode?
In the app's main screen, you can switch between Comfort and Sport mode. Comfort mode limits speed to 20 km/h, while Sport mode allows higher speeds but consumes more battery.
What does the lock function do?
The electronic lock blocks the motor and triggers an acoustic alarm if the scooter moves. Note that this is not a theft prevention measure; it only deters unauthorized use.
How do I turn on the scooter lights?
You can turn the front and rear lights on or off via the app's main screen by tapping the headlight icon.
What battery capacity should I set in the app?
The app allows you to set battery capacity for accurate range estimation. Do not change it unless you have replaced the battery. The stock battery is 7.8 Ah, so keep that value.
