1. Tars weighing function The tare function allows you to Add and Weigh individual item(s) without removing contents of the bowl.
   When the display shows "0", put the bowl onto the scate and press the ONTAIRE button. The display will revert to "0". Now add and weigh item(s), pressing the ONTAIRE button before adding and weighing each individual item.
   After removing the bowl at the end, the display will show a negative reading. Press the DN/TARE button to return the display to '0'.

   The scale is designed with an auto power-off function for energy efficiency. If the same reading is displayed for more 5 minutes the scale will automatically turn off.
