How do I assemble the Sencor SJE 1006RD juicer?

Place the motor base on a flat surface. Attach the juice container, then the filter basket. Lock the lid by aligning the arrows and turning clockwise until it clicks. Insert the feeding tube and pusher.

Can I juice leafy greens like spinach or kale?

Yes, but for best results, use the slower speed and alternate with harder vegetables. You may need to chop them into smaller pieces to fit the feeding tube.

How do I clean the juicer?

Unplug the appliance. Disassemble all removable parts. Rinse immediately under running water. Use the cleaning brush to remove pulp from the filter. Most parts are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.

What is the difference between the two speed settings?

Speed 1 (low) is for soft fruits like berries and citrus. Speed 2 (high) is for hard vegetables like carrots and beets. Use high speed for all frozen or very firm produce.

Why does the juicer vibrate during operation?

Ensure all parts are properly assembled and locked. Check that the pulp container is not overfilled. Also, make sure the juicer is on a flat, stable surface. If vibration persists, stop and recheck assembly.

Can I juice whole apples without cutting them?

It depends on the size. The feeding tube opening is approximately 60 mm. If the apple fits whole, you can juice it. For larger apples, cut them into halves or quarters.

How does the anti-drip system work?

The spout is designed with a valve that stops dripping when the jug is removed. Make sure the jug is properly placed under the spout to activate the mechanism.

Is the motor strong enough for continuous use?

The 400W motor is suitable for home use. For optimal performance, do not run the juicer for more than 20-30 seconds without a break. Overheating may occur if used continuously for extended periods.

What should I do if the juicer stops working suddenly?

Check if the safety lock is properly engaged. The juicer will not start if the lid is not locked. Also, ensure it is plugged in and the power cord is undamaged. If it still doesn't work, contact Sencor support.

Can I juice ginger or turmeric root?

Yes, but cut them into small pieces first. Use the high speed setting. Ginger and turmeric are fibrous and may produce less juice, but they add great flavor and health benefits.
