It will not be necessary to repeat this step in the future for subsequent preparations.

WARNING: Do not season the pizza on the baked stone, never pour oil or water directly on the stone during cooking.

HOW TO USE

  2. Connect the power cord into the power outlet.
  3. Pre-heating: Set the timer for 10 minutes, turn the thermostat to position 3, the operating light will light up to indicate that the oven is heating up, after 10 minutes the appliance is ready for use. It is advisable to always preheat the oven for best results.

In fact, if you rise the temperature level by acting on the thermostat, the indicator light will turn on again.

To turn off the appliance, carry out the above.

  1. Always and exclusively lift the lid of the product using the special handles.

WARNING: the product casing may be hot during use.

  1. After having pre-heated the oven, place the pizza directly on the baked stone using the steel paddles provided.

NOTE: Do not worry if small scratches form on the stone or if the stone becomes dark in color. This means that the stone has warmed up well.

WARNING: The handles anchored to the cooking stone will be extremely hot.

Do not take the stone out until it has cooled completely.

  1. Close the oven lid and set the thermostat to level 3 and leave the pizza to cook for 4-5 minutes, or until desired.

repeatedly during cooking to avoid unnecessary heat loss, possibly lift the lid after at least 2 minutes to check the cooking status.

If you want to continue cooking, simply close the lid and cook as long as you desire.

  1. If your pizza is cooking too quickly, simply turn the cooking temperature counter clockwise to a lower setting to reduce the cooking temperature.

  2. When using a frozen dough for pizza, it is suggested to let it defrost before baking it in the pizza oven, in order to have an even more crispy cooking.

  3. When using a fresh dough for pizza, flour the preparation surface, to prevent the dough from sticking to the baking stone, alternatively it is also possible to spread a small amount of flour on the baked stone before cooking.

WARNING: Never use a knife or a pizza cutter to cut the pizza while it is still resting on the baked stone to avoid damage on it.

WARNING: THE TIMER DOES NOT TURN OFF AND DO NOT TURN ON THE OVEN!
