IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

1. Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save It for future reference
2. Keep the appliance away from water. Do not use it near or over water contained in baths, washbasins, sinks etc. The proximity of water presents risk, even when the appliance is switched off.
3. Do not insert metal objects into the air grilles to avoid electric shock.
4. Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you plug in the appliance.
5. Check the condition of the mains cord regularly. Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or the appliance itself is damaged.
6. If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by an authorized service centre or similarly qualified persons In order to avoid a hazard.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

SPEED CONTROL

CONCENTRATOR

Use the concentrator to direct the airflow at the brush or comb you are styling your hair with.

• To attach the concentrator, simply put it onto the appliance.
• To remove the concentrator, just pull it off the appliance.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance before cleaning and let it cool down.
• Clean the appliance housing with wet cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water.
• Take the concentrator off and rinse in warm soapy water.
• Do not use chemical and abrasive cleaners for cleaning.
• Wipe the housing and the concentrator with smooth dry cloth.
• Make sure the concentrator is dry before you use or store it.

STORAGE

• Do not put the appliance down on one of its air grilles. Always put it on one of its sides.
• Do not wind the mains cord round the appliance.
• Let the appliance cool down. Make sure there is no water on appliance surface.
