• Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the underside of the appliance.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when in operation.
- Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used near children. Ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Never let the core hanging down where a child could grab it.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, children or those with lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructing concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

CAUTION: It is not recommended to use the appliance in the bathroom. If you use the appliance in the bathroom, disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet immediately after use and make sure the appliance and outlet are completely dry.

NOTE: To ensure extra protection, the installation of the mains supplying the bathroom is recommended to have a residual current (RCD) system with a switch setting of not more than 30mA. Contact your electrician for more information.

CAUTION: To avoid the risk of electric shock, never use the appliance with wet or damp hands in the bathtub or shower or over a washbasin filled with water. How to Use your Hair Dryer

- Make sure that the function button (6) is in the "0" position before use.

1. Place, if you desire, a concentrator nozzle (1) or diffuser (5) into the spout of the appliance.

Concentrator nozzle: The concentrator nozzle is for fixing your hair style. Do not touch the concentrator on your hair while using the appliance.

Diffuser: The diffuser dries the hair naturally, while preserving the natural shape of curls and adding volume. During drying, shape the hair with your fingers to create volume. Do not brush the hair so as to maintain the natural effect. Use the diffuser for permed or curly hair. The recommended speed to use with the diffuser is 1.

1. Plug in.
2. Press the function/speed selector button (6) to the desired position (1=low speed or 2=h speed).
3. Press the temperature button (7) to the desired temperature (1=low warm temperature, 2=medium hot temperature or 3=high hot temperature).
4. When finished, press the function button (6) to 0 and disconnect it from the socket.
5. Let the appliance cool down completely before storage.

Cool air button:

Allows rapid cooling of hair and longer lasting curl. To activate the cool shot function, simply depres the button in front of the handle (8). As the button is released, the appliance returns to its normal setting.

Notes:

• To avoid the destruction of the hair, the concentrator or the diffuser should not come too close to the hair during use.
• The dryer is protected against overheating. It drops automatically when overheating and starts again after a short time of cooling. When the dryer stops automatically and you don't need to use it again, so as to safety switch off and remove the plug from the socket.
• If for any reason the appliance stops working, immediately turn it off and let it cool down.

Cleaning and Care

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and allow to cool down completely.
• Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
• Clean with a damp cloth and wipe dry thoroughly. This will help preserve the original finish of your hair dryer.
• Do not use detergents, abrasives or chemicals to clean the appliance.
• After a while of use, you should take the inlet apart and clean it. Turn the inlet toward to opposite clockwise direction, after cleaning it, turn toward to clockwise direction and fix it upon the hair dryer.
• Frequently clean our any hair or fluff that becomes stuck in the inlet filter.
• Do not wrap the cord around the appliance when storing.
