The filter core should be replaced once a month to ensure optimal filtration performance.

Does the fountain consume a lot of power and is it noisy?

No, the fountain has a low power consumption (max 4.5W) and uses a silent pump with noise reduction design. There is a natural water sound that attracts pets to drink more.

Is it safe if my pet chews the power cable?

The power supply uses 5V low voltage and 0.6A low current, which is safe for pets. However, if the cable is damaged, please replace it promptly to avoid any risk.

What pets is this fountain suitable for?

The fountain is suitable for adult cats and small to medium-sized dogs.

What should I do if the fountain does not work after powering on?

OPERATION GUIDE

1. FIRST USAGE

1. Please take out pet fountain and accessories.
2. Please clean inner wall and top cover of water storage bucket and filter core.
3. please insert filter core into the filter core slot at the bottom of the top cover after immersing the filter element in clean water for 2 minutes.
4. Please add water to the transparent water bucket above the MIN line and below the MAX line.
5. Please take the adapter and plug it into the USB interface of the button of pet fountain.
6. Please press the button on the front body of pet fountain to turn on and off the water feeding function, and please press the button for long time(around 6 to 7 seconds) to restore factory default settings, it will comes to network configuration status(network indicator flashes).

2. CONNECT AND DOWNLOAD

Tesla Smart is available for both iOS and Android OS.

Search the name, Tesla Smart', in App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR-Code to download the App.

3. REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 2: Input a legal and valid Mobile number or Email address and click „Continue“. Input Verification Code, then log in the app.

4. SET UP SMART PET FOUNTAIN

Open the app, click on symbol „+“ and with the help of the guide, set the device.

CLEAN INSTRUCTION

Recommended to clean at least once per week and change water to prevent poor water quality or poor outlet water caused by filtration blockage.

1. Remove the water tank cover and clean
2. Remove the filter and groove carefully
3. Clean the filter groove and remove dirties
4. Clean the pump
5. Clean inside of the water tank and dry outside
6. When the filter slot is replaced by the top cover, check whether the bayonet is closed.

1. Be sure to clean the pet fountain after disconnecting the power supply.
2. Do not immerse the pet fountain body and power adapter in water.
3. For the first time, please clean the inside of the transparent water tank, top cover and the filter slot.
4. The filter may be attached with a small amount of powder. This is a normal phenomenon. Rinse.
5. The filter is recommended to be replaced once a month.

WARNING

1. Pet fountain and all accessories are not edible.
2. Please use pet fountain in a dry indoor environment.
3. Do not place pet fountain in a high place.
4. Keep the pet fountain horizontal when using it. Do not tilt or tip it.
5. Do not add hot water or boiling water in the water tank to avoid hot deformation.
6. Please make sure that the power cable is blocked and stored to avoid leakage damage caused by pet bites. The power supply is in safe working voltage, does not endanger the safety of pets and owners.
7. Do not disassemble or repair the pet fountain, otherwise it will affect the after-sales service.
