Safety

  • Make sure that the wall socket voltage corresponds with that of the voltage sign.
  • The cord should be checked on a regular basis. Never use the device if its cord or plug is damaged. The cord should only be repaired by an authorised service facility or by an expert.
  • The mincing machine should never be connected to a timer.
  • Before using the device for the first time, wash the parts of the mincing machine that will be in contact with food-stuffs.
  • Remove bone, cartilage, and sinew from the meat, before you do the mincing.
  • DO NOT mince nuts or other solid food-stuffs.
  • DO NOT place fingers or other objects into the feeding pipe. Instead, use the enclosed hopper.
    • Always make sure that the mincing machine is supervised when it is being used.
  • DO NOT let children use the mincing machine.
  • DO NOT use fittings from another manufacturer.
  • Always unplug the cord from the electrical outlet, before installing or dismantling other fittings.
  • When the mincing machine is not being used, always unplug the cord from the electrical outlet.
  • Wait until the machine has stopped completely, before you change any fittings.
  • Do not immerse the motor base into water or keep it under running water when you clean it. Instead you should use a damp cloth to dry the motor.

Installation

  1. Insert the feeding roller, with its plastic end inwards, into the mincing-machine device.
  2. Then attach the 4-bladed knife with its edges facing outwards and place the chosen hole plate on the top. The slot on the outside edge of the hole plate should be fitted to the mincing-machine device.
  3. Attach the lock nut properly.

  1. Attach the mincing-machine device to the motor by adjusting the metal point onto the slot on the inner side of the mincing-machine device, and then lock it by turning counter-clockwise until the lock clicks.

  2. Attach the feeding device onto the mincing-machine device, which is now ready for use.

Use

Please note! The device is equipped with a system for overheating, which means that it will shut off automatically when it is overheated. If the device is shut off:

  1. Remove the plug-and-socket connection from the electrical outlet.
  2. Turn the device off with the ON/OFF button.
  3. Let the device cool down for 60 minutes.
  4. Then plug it back into the electrical outlet.
  5. Turn the device on by using the ON/OFF button.

Mincing meat

  1. Make sure that the meat is properly thawed out before mincing it.
  2. Remove bone, cartilage, and sinew.
  3. Then cut the meat into strips of the width of 2.5 centimetres.
  4. Put the mincing machine on.

  5. Put the meat onto the food holding plate and carefully insert the meat into the machine by using the hopper.

WARNING! Do not put fingers or other objects into the machine.

Cleaning

Please note! Disconnect the mincing machine and remove the plug-and-socket connection from the electrical outlet when cleaning it. Do not immerse the motor into water or keep it under running water when cleaning it.

  1. Remove the hopper as well as the feeding device.
  2. Press the lock switch and pull the mincing-machine device loose from the motor base.
  3. Turn the lock switch counter-clockwise until it unfastens, then carefully remove the 4-bladed knife, the hole plate as well as the feeding roller.
  4. Wash all the parts - except the motor base - in warm water and detergent. Please note! Do not use a dishwasher to clean the machine!
  5. When it is necessary, dry the motor base and the cord with a lightly dampened cloth.
  6. The feeding roller, the hole plates and the 4-bladed knife should, now and again, be greased with some cooking oil after cleaning.
