How do I clean the hand blender properly?

Detach the blending shaft and rinse it under running water immediately after use. Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. Never immerse the motor unit in water.

Can I blend hot liquids with the Coline HM200?

Yes, but allow hot liquids to cool slightly before blending to avoid splashing. Do not immerse the blender in boiling liquid; let it cool to about 80°C.

What is the maximum capacity for blending?

Use a container that is tall and narrow to minimize splashing. Do not fill beyond two-thirds full to prevent overflow during blending.

Is the blending blade removable?

Safety

Operating Instructions

NOTE: Clean whisks and dough hooks before the first use. Dishwasher safe.

• Make sure the plug is disconnected from the wall socket and the speed level selector is at "0".
• Insert the whisks/dough hooks to the holes on the bottom. When you hear a click sound they are properly inserted.
• Connect the transformer to a 230 V wall socket.
• Set the whisks in the type of food which is being whisked before you start the electric hand mixer.
• Choose desired speed with the speed selector.
• You can activate the turbo button at any speed to increase the speed somewhat.
• Keep in mind when working with heavier doughs such as rye that the hand mixers maximum capacity is 750 g.

1. Let the device stop completely.
2. Unplug from the wall socket.
3. Push the release button.
