INSTRUCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH USE SAFETY

Read the manual carefully before use.
Do not operate the device when your hands are wet!
Keep the unit away from the water.
Never put the unit, cable or plug into water or other liquids.
Take special precautions if there are children nearby.

Do not hang the wire on sharp edges and do not let it touch hot surfaces.

▶ Never use damaged unit. The same applies in case the conductor or a plug is damaged; - in such case have your unit repaired in an authorized service center.

Use of accessories other than those recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage to the unit, fire or body injure.

Always take a plug from a socket when you are not using the device or before starting any maintenance activities.

▶ Never use the unit when taking a bath!

In case the unit falls into the water unplug the unit immediately!

Never leave a switched on unit without a control!

Do not touch the hot elements of the unit – you may burn yourself!

Do not put the unit on hot surfaces.

Do not put operating unit or hot one on cloths, e.g. table cloths, upholstery, blankets or carpets or other flammable objects (curtains, paper, wood etc.) as well as flammable liquids.

Do not wind the cable on the unit!

The unit is designed to work at a household.

Do not use this appliance near the bathtub, shower, swimming pool or any similar water tank, container or receptacle.

After use the unit in a bathroom is over, unplug it since the water might be hazardous even in case the unit is switched off.

To provide additional protection it is recommended to fasten a RCD circuit breaker for altering current, operating at the 30 mA level in the circuit in the bathroom. Seek for professional electrician advice.

This appliance is not intended for use by children under 8 years of age and individuals with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be carried out by children without supervision.

USING THE HAIRBRUSH

CAUTION! Before using the brush wash, dry and comb your hair.

CAUTION! Do not use the appliance to brush artificial hair or animals.

1. Insert the plug in a power outlet. Place the appliance on a level, dry and smooth surface. Make sure that the power cord does not touch the functional part of the brush.

2. Switch the brush on by pressing and briefly holding the on/off button (5) - the default temperature of 180^ C will be displayed (2) and the brush will start heating up to the indicated temperature level.

3. Set the intended working temperature of the brush using the temperature increase and decrease buttons (3), (4). The temperature range is between 80^ C and 230^ C with 10^ C steps:

150°C - 190°C - dyed, delicate, thin hair,
200°C - 210°C - normal hair
220°C - 230°C - curly, thick, full hair
▶ 80°C - 140°C - gentle scalp massage

The appliance will be ready for use after 5 minutes from setting the intended temperature.

1. Start straightening (styling) from the roots up to the ends of your hair. In order to obtain uniform look, it is important for the subsequent strands of hair to fall in one line. In brush temperature below 200^ C you can first place the brush under a strand and proceed very slowly and then repeat straightening from the outside. The functional part surface (6) is equipped in 3D ceramic plates thanks to which it is possible to style wide strands of hair. The ceramic plates have special tips for gentle scalp massage.

CAUTION! Do not style one strand twice if the brush temperature is over 200°C

1. The brush is equipped in an ioniser thanks to which hair does not pick up static and does not frizz. The ioniser is activated automatically, simultaneously with the brush, and operates until the brush gets switched off.
2. When you finish styling your hair switch the brush off by pressing and briefly holding the on/off button (5). The appliance will signalise its switching off by displaying "OFF" message. Next unplug the appliance from power outlet and allow to cool down safely. The brush is equipped in the automatic deactivation function after 60 minutes of operation.
3. After cooling down, clean the brush following the instructions included in section "CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE".

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is unplugged and cooled down.

CAUTION! Do not submerge the device in water or other liquids!

1. Wipe the appliance with a moistened cloth and then wipe it dry. Use a bit of a gentle detergent to remove persistent grime.
2. Remove hair and dandruff from the functional part (6) using soft bristle.

CAUTION! The functional part of the brush is coated with a ceramic layer. Use only gentle fabrics or soft bristle for cleaning.

1. Clean the space under the ioniser cover (7) with a soft swab. The ioniser cleanliness directly affects its performance.

2. Do not roll the power cable around the appliance!
