SAFETY
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
- experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance
- Remove the packaging and make sure that the appliance is intact. If in doubt, do not use it and contact our Technical Assistance Centre. Packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene, staples etc.) must be kept out of the reach of children as they could be hazardous.
- The blades are sharp, handle with care. Hold the knife blade at the top away from the cutting edge, both when handing and cleaning.
- Do not plug the appliance into the power supply unit it is fully assembled and always unplug before die-assembling the appliances or handling the knife blade.
- Remove the knife blade before emptying the bowl.
- Never use and unauthorized attachment.
- Don't let children play with this appliance.
- Never use a damaged appliance. Call the technical Service for assistance.
- Never let the power unit, cord or plug get wet.
- Don't let excess cord hang over the edge of a table or workshop or touch hot surface.
- Never misuse your food chopper and lonely use it for its intended domestic use.
- Do not use if there is any visible damage to the appliance.
- Keep all packaging (plastic bags, foam, screws) out of the reach of children or persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, as this could compromise their safety
- It ' may not use this unit in the presence of children who may approach and enter into contact with the unit itself.

DESCRIPTION

TO USE THE FOOD CHOPPER
- Remove all packaging including the plastic blade covers from the knife blade. These covers should be discarded as they are to protect the blade during manufacture and transit only.
- Wash the parts: see "cleaning".
- Place the non slip mat onto the work-surface, rib side down.
- Position the bowl onto the middle of the non slip mat.
- Fit the knife blade over the pin in the bowl.

Add your food, see processing guide.

Cut large pieced of food into 1-2 cm (1/2-3/4 in pieces).
-
Don't chop hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, spices or chocolate-you'll damage the blade.

Fit the splashguard. Make sure the slots in the splashguard fit over the handles in the rim of the bowl.
- The super chopper will not operate unless the splashguard in fitted.
- Fit the power unit.
- The power unit will only fit correctly in two positions.

Plug in. press down on the power unit for short lengths of time to produce a pulsing action-this will avoid over processing the ingredients.

If the machine labors, remove some of the mixture and continue processing in several batches.
- Stop the machine and scrape down if necessary.
- Do not run the super chopper continuously for longer than 10 seconds. Leave to cool for 1 minute in between each 10 seconds operation.
- After use. Unplug and dismantle.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Never immerse in water or other liquids.
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning.
- Handle the cutting blade with care they are extremely sharp.
- Some food will discolor. It won't harm the plastic or affect the flavor of your food.
- Wipe power unit and slip mat with a damp cloth, and then dry.
- Wash other parts by hand, then dry the thoroughly or wish on the top rack or your dishwasher.
- Always undertake a cleaning cycle before putting the unit in a safe place.
- Never immerse in water or other liquids.
