Insert the motor unit onto the blending shaft until it clicks. For whisk or chopper, attach the respective accessory to the motor unit before use.

Yes, but allow liquids to cool slightly (below 80°C) to avoid damage. Do not use boiling liquids directly.

How do I clean the hand blender?

Detach the blending shaft and accessories. Rinse under running water or wash in the dishwasher (top rack). Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.

What should I do if the blender stops working suddenly?

The blender may have overheated. Unplug it and let it cool for 15 minutes. It will automatically reset when cool.

• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
• Do not use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts are damaged.
• If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by manufacture, or the service centre authorized by the manufacture, or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Always unplug the appliance before you assemble, disassemble, clean or make adjustments to any of the accessories.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under the tap. Only use a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
• Never let the appliance run unattended.

PREPARE FOR USE

• Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before you use the appliance for the first time.
• Let hot ingredients cool down before you process them (max. temperature 60^ ).
• Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before you process them.
• Assemble the appliance properly before you put the plug in the wall socket.

USING THE APPLIANCE

HAND BLENDER:

• Blending liquids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes.
• Mixing soft ingredients.

• Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.

• Attach the blender bar to the motor unit.

• Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients.
• Press the normal or turbo speed to turn on the device.
• Slowly move the device up and down and exercise circular motion in order to mix the ingredients.

CARE AND CLEANING

Do not immerse the motor unit in water:

• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Dissemble all the parts.
• Wipe the motor unit with a moist doth
• Mixing element of blender washed in the dishwasher or in hot water with dishwashing liquid.
• Dry and store them for future use
