IMPORTANR SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:

1. Read all instructions.
2. Do not touch hot surface. The temperature of accessible surfaces maybe high when the appliance is operating. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical hazards. DO NOT immerse this appliance or its cord set in water or other liquid.
4. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning appliance.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or adjustment.
7. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause hazards.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
11. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
    12.Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
12. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a shock hazard.
13. Do not use the appliance in a place accessible to children or where clothing or curtains can brush against the appliance
    15.Save these instructions.
14. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
15. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

HOW YOU USE YOUR ELECTRIC STOVE

1. Set electric stove on a flat, dry heat resistant surface.
2. Turn temperature control dial to "0".
3. Plug cord into outlet.
4. Turn control dial from "0" to any selected setting. The unit will cycle on and off to main selected temperature.
5. Heating Element will begin to heat immediately. DO NOT touch while in use the metal surfaces will become hot.
6. When not in use. Unplug cord from wall outlet and allow it to cool.

WARNING!

Please do not touch surface while in sue. The accessible surface may get hot when the appliance is operating.

CAUTION

DO NOT use pans that arc unstable and easily tipped. Use flat-bottom pans to insure full contact with heating plate for maximum heat efficiency.

For long-life performance, avoid dropping any items on the heating plate.

When you use it for the first time you can feel some smoke, it is normal and safe.

CLEANING

• Always unplug unit and allow it to cool before cleaning.
• Never immerse in water.
- Clean heating plate with a soft, damp cloth or a non-abrasive cleaner.
- Wipe dry.
