How do I load paper into the multi bypass tray?

Open the multi bypass tray (Type BY1000), adjust the paper guides to the paper size, and insert a stack of paper face up. Ensure the paper is not wrinkled and fits within the guides. Close the tray gently.

What should I do if the printer does not turn on?

Check the power cord connection and ensure the power switch is on. Verify the outlet is functional by testing another device. If the printer still does not power on, inspect the fuse or contact Ricoh support.

How do I replace the ink cartridges?

Open the front cover, wait for the ink carriage to move to the replacement position. Press down on the old cartridge to release it, then insert the new gel ink cartridge until it clicks. Close the cover.

Why are there streaks on my printed pages?

Streaks often indicate a clogged print head. Run the print head cleaning cycle from the printer menu or driver. If the problem persists, replace the ink cartridge.

How do I connect the printer to a network?

Connect an Ethernet cable to the network interface board. Configure the IP address via the printer's control panel or use SmartDeviceMonitor for automatic setup. Ensure TCP/IP is enabled.
