How do I install the Dantherm AC 24 air conditioner?

Install the exhaust hose into the window kit, close the window, and plug the unit into a grounded outlet. Ensure the hose is straight and not bent for proper airflow.

Can I use the AC 24 in a room without windows?

No, it requires an exhaust hose to vent hot air outside. Without proper venting, the unit will not cool effectively and may overheat.

How often should I clean the filter?

Clean the filter every two weeks for optimal performance. Use a vacuum or wash with mild soap and water. Dry completely before reinserting.

What does the error code E1 mean?

Error code E1 indicates a temperature sensor failure. Turn off the unit, unplug it for 10 minutes, then restart. If the error persists, contact technical support.

How do I drain the condensate water?

Depending on humidity, water collects in the internal tank. Remove the drain plug at the back and let water flow into a container. Auto-evaporation mode is available for low-humidity conditions.

What is the noise level of the AC 24?

The noise level is approximately 54 dB(A), similar to a normal conversation. Use the sleep mode for quieter operation at night.

Can I use an extension cord?

No, plug the unit directly into a wall outlet. Using an extension cord can cause power loss and create a fire hazard. Use a dedicated 15A circuit.

What is the recommended room size?

The AC 24 is suitable for rooms up to 20 m² (approx. 215 sq ft). For larger rooms, consider a unit with higher cooling capacity.

How do I reset the timer?

Press the Timer button on the remote or control panel. Use +/- to set the desired hours. Press Timer again to confirm. To cancel, set timer to 0.
