Make sure the speaker is properly secured to the ceiling / building's structure, please use the proper screws, bolts, or anchors (not included). Failure to do so may cause the speaker to become unsecured & cause potential damages/ injuries.

WARRANTY

All OSD AUDIO outdoor speakers have (1) year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase must accompany all claims. During the warranty period OSD AUDIO will replace any defective part and correct any defect in workmanship without charge for either parts or labor.

OSD AUDIO may replace returned speakers with a product of equal value and performance. In such cases, some modifications to the mounting may be necessary and are not OSD AUDIO's responsibility.

For this warranty to apply, the unit must be installed and used according to its written instructions. If necessary, repairs must be performed by OSD AUDIO. The unit must be returned to OSD AUDIO at the owner's expense and with prior written permission. Accidental damage and shipping damage are not considered defects, nor is damaged resulting from abuse or from servicing performed by an agency or person not specifically authorized in writing by OSD Audio

OSD AUDIO sells products only through authorized dealers and distributors to ensure that customers obtain proper support and service. Any OSD AUDIO product purchased from an unauthorized dealer or other source, including retailers, mail order dealers and online sellers will not be honored or serviced under existing OSD AUDIO warranty policy. Any sale of product by an unauthorized source or other manner not authorized by OSD AUDIO shall void the warranty on the applicable product.

Damage is or destruction of components due to application of excessive power voids the warranty on these parts. In these cases, repairs will be made on the basis of the retail value of the parts and labor. To return for repairs, you must email customer services at [e-mail] for a Reclaimed Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number then the unit must be shipped to OSD AUDIO at the owner's expense, along with a note explaining the nature of services required. Be sure to pick the products in a corrugated container with at least 3 inches of resilient material to protect the unit from damage in transit.

PENDANT SPEAKER

① Please read the instructions carefully before installation and use. Keep the manual safe for future reference.
② Prior to installing the speakers into any ceiling or wall, check the structure for weight bearing ability and avoid contact with any wiring or plumbing that might be behind the surface area. Installing on soft materials or in areas incapable of supporting the speakers' weight may cause personal injury or damage to the speaker. When installing speakers outside, choose areas such as the underside of eaves to avoid strong direct sunlight which may affect the color and life of the speaker enclosure.
③ When placing the speakers on a wall or shelf, it is recommended that speakers be installed at the level of the ear or slightly higher.
4 Damage to the woofer and tweeter may occur if the speaker is dropped or hit - resulting in no sound or distorted sound.
⑤ Use only approved and certified wiring in your installation, do not stretch or place the wire in contact with sharp objects.
⑥ Never overdrive your speakers to the point of distortion and always reduce volume prior to switching input sources (e.g., FM to CD).
⑦ Turn off the power to the speaker when unused for long periods of time.
⑧ To tilt the speaker, loosen the adjustment screw found on the bracket. Tilt the speaker to the desired position and tighten the screws securely.

Hanging Mount Accessories

① Install the top cover and fasten the provided eye-hook to the top cover and speaker.
② At each speaker location, route the speaker cable hanging from the ceiling area through the top cover, and dress the cables to the wire rope using plastic cable ties, if using a supplied back cover, slide the speaker cables through the back cover, strip the ends of the cables approximately 1/8" to 3/16" and, if the wire is stranded, twist the strands.
3 Connect the wires from the amplifier (or the previous speaker) to the supplied speaker terminal block, red to +and black to -.
4 If mounting to the wall/ceiling with the mounting bracket, mount the bracket using the appropriate hardware and securely attach to the ceiling /wall.
