How do I set the alarm time?

Press and hold the ALARM 1 (or ALARM 2) button for about 3 seconds until the hour digits flash. Use the << or >> buttons to set the desired hour. Press the same alarm button again to switch to minutes, then use << or >> to set minutes. Press the alarm button once more to exit setting.

How can I tell if the alarm is set for AM or PM?
