USER MANUAL CR-90 Libec
Before operating this equipment, please read this manual carefully and retain this for future reference.
This equipment may cause harmful, if not installed
and used in accordance with this manual.
- Please read careful this manual before using.
- Please follow this instruction for your safety reason.
Attention to users
CAUTION
This equipment may cause harm,
if not installed and used in accordance with following instructions.
■ Make sure that Rail fixing bar and rubber cap is properly installed in both side.
In case not to properly installed which cause derail or harmful to equipments and operators.
■Caution of usage for CR-90 curved rail.
Read the manual before usage of this equipment. In case not to properly installed which cause derail or harmful to equipments and operators.
■ Not to operate unless otherwise stated on this manual.
■ Do not dismantle or remold which cause breakdown of this equipment or harmful to users.
Caution for users

Please check the surrounding safety before install CR-90.

Please confirm the place of setup for the rail must be on flat ground.
3.Do not leave the equipments without human attention.
- Wipe the equipments on wet towel after usage and properly keep. Keep dry after the usage at the sea side which contains salt elements.
Install the CR-90

Remove the Screw cap.

The marked color must be same for conjunction between male and female screw.
See the drawings for further application
- In case the joined pipes are not parallel to the ground. Adjust the pipe position by using the attached wrench both upper and lower screws on the pipe.
※ It is necessary to adjust only one time for such event
- It is depending on the operation purpose how to put the rail on the ground.
6.Joint to straight rail.
Joint by straight rail male screw into curved rail female screws.
- Insert the end rubber cap into the edge of curved rail at the end.

When install the curved rail into the straight, the rubber cap attachment must be at the end.

Make sure that rubber foot is all equipped at the end of pipe and put the fixing brace
Caution for usage of curved rail CR-90

When the TR-320 is used for CR-90, the indicated caution label dolly leg must be put on to the inner rail. In case ignore this instruction, it will cause derailing or collapsing of equipments.

The rest legs are put on to the outer rail.
WARNING Ignore this instruction may cause derailing or collapsing of equipments. *S* curve and crank cannot be operated by the equipment.
Strage of CR-90
- Disassemble the rails and put into the case.
※ It is recommended to store marked indication upwards in the case for easy manipulation.
2.A wrench and end cap can be stored inside pocket of dolly case.
