How do I connect the Andersson SRS 2.1 to my TV?

Use the 3.5mm AUX or RCA input on the subwoofer. Connect the corresponding output on your TV using the provided cable or a standard audio cable.

The speakers are not producing any sound. What should I check?

First, ensure the power cord is plugged in and the power switch is ON. Check the volume level on both the subwoofer and your audio source. Verify the audio cable is securely connected. If using a remote, replace the battery.

Can I connect a Bluetooth device?

The Andersson SRS 2.1 does not support Bluetooth. It only has wired connections: AUX and RCA. Use a Bluetooth adapter if wireless is needed.

How do I adjust the bass level?

Turn the BASS knob on the subwoofer panel clockwise to increase bass, counterclockwise to decrease. Default setting is at the 12 o'clock position.

What is the recommended placement for the subwoofer?

Place the subwoofer on a solid floor near a wall or corner for best bass response. Avoid placing it on shelves or enclosed cabinets to prevent vibrations and muffled sound.

Can I use the speakers with my computer?

Yes, connect the 3.5mm AUX cable from the speaker's input to the headphone jack on your computer. Adjust the computer's audio output volume.

How do I clean the speaker system?

Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use any liquids or chemical cleaners. For the grille, gently vacuum with a brush attachment.

The remote control is not working. What can I do?

First, check the battery orientation and replace the CR2025 battery if needed. Ensure there is a clear line of sight between the remote and the IR sensor on the subwoofer. If still not working, try resetting by removing the battery for 30 seconds.

Is the system compatible with 110V and 220V?

Yes, the power supply accepts AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz. No voltage selector switch is needed; it auto-adjusts.

How do I pair the remote control with the speaker?

The remote control is pre-paired at the factory. No pairing required. Simply insert the battery and point at the subwoofer's IR sensor.

→ To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove cover. No user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.

Operation

Install the Remote Control:

→ The Remote Control has two pre-installed AAA batteries. Remove the protective tab to activate the Remote Control battery.

Note: The Remote Control works within a range of 6 meter.

Get Started:

1. Connect the Subwoofer cable to the subwoofer output of the soundbar.

2. Make sure you have made all the necessary cable connections before you connect the Soundbar to a wall outlet, the display will lit and the soundbar will auto enter the last used mode.

3. Press the Power button in the remote or long press the Power button on the top of soundbar to enter standby mode. Press again to wake up the soundbar.

4. Press the Source button on the Soundbar or Remote Control to choose an audio source. The display will change as you switch mode.

Note: The Soundbar will re-enter the Standby Mode again if there is no operation for 15 minutes.

Bluetooth Pairing:

1. Press the Mode button on the Remote control or power button in soundbar to enter Bluetooth mode.

2. The Display will show "bt" during connection, Bluetooth icon will flash fast.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth function on your device and the device will start to search for the Soundbar.

4. Select 'SRS 2.1' from the list of found devices.

5. If asked, enter the password '0000' and press OK.

6. When successfully paired with your device, the bluetooth icon will be lit steadily.

Note: The Bluetooth playback is controlled by your device and the buttons on the remote control and the soundbar.

Note: The operation range for the Bluetooth connection is 10 meters.

Note: If a mobile phone on which you are playing music receives a call, the music will be interrupted. The sound however is not played back via the Soundbar. After you have ended the call, the devices are connected to each other again and playback continues.

Operation

Optical/Coaxial/AUX Source:

1. Ensure that the soundbar is connected to the audio device via optical or coaxial or AUX cables.
2. Press the Mode button on the remote control to enter the desired mode. You can also short press the power button on the soundbar to choose the Optical or coaxial or AUX source.
   Note: The playback is controlled by your device not by the buttons on the remote control and the soundbar.

EQ

→ This product presets six EQ sound modes. To switch each EQ sound mode, press "EQ" on the remote control.

Eq-1=Flat Eq-2=Pop Eq-3=Rock Eq-4=Classical Eq-5=Soft Eq-6=Jazz

Tone

→ The product has independent subwoofer volume adjustment, bass adjustment and treble adjustment. Press "TONE" on the remote control and the display will show as below. Press Volume +/- on the remote control to adjust.
