  1. Po skončení mixovania spotrebič vypnite. Vytiahnite prívodný kábel zo zásuvky.

  2. Stlačením tlačidiel po stranách spotrebiča uvolníte tyčový nástavec. (Obr. 2) a pod tečúcou teplou vodou ho ihned'opláchnite. Dbajte na to, aby voda nenatiekla dovnútra nadstavca do priestoru hnacieho hriadel'a. Ak sa tak stane, nechajte tyčový nadstavec uschnút a do priestoru hnacieho hriadel'a kvapnite niekolko kvapiek jedlého oleja pre lahší chod ložiska tyčového nadstavca.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Do not use this equipment in a manner different from the instructions in this manual.
  • Remove all packing and marketing materials from the appliance before you use it for the first time.

- Before mounting any accessories, cleaning, or in the case of a defect, turn the unit off and remove the plug from the electrical socket.

- The unit is intended for household use only; it is not designed for commercial application.

- Never immerse the power cord, the plug, or the machine in water or any other liquid.

- Check the unit and its power cord regularly for damage. Never turn the unit on if it is damaged.

- Keep your hair, fingers and clothing out of reach of the moving parts during operation.

- Be careful when handling the extensions, as the blades are very sharp and may cause injury.

- Do not use machine accessories in a microwave oven.

  • Some parts may keep moving for a while after the motor has been switched off and the power cord has been disconnected from the socket. Wait until the movement stops completely.
  • Use the unit solely for food processing.
  • The maximum allowed temperature of the processed ingredients is 80 °C. Do not use the beater for very hot food!
  • Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorised service centre for repair.

Failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may invalidate the warranty.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

NOTICE

Before mounting or removing accessories onto or from the machine, always pull the plug out of the electrical socket!

Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the removable accessories in warm water for hygienic reasons.

The unit is designed for short operation periods. Do not use it for periods of longer than 1 minute at a time. Allow the unit to cool down for at least 10 minutes after use.

Never let the appliance run idle for more than 10 seconds.

MIXING

The stick extension is designed for making sauces, toppings, soups, mayonnaise, baby food, mixed drinks and milkshakes.

  1. Put the food in the mixing bowl or another tall kitchen vessel.
  2. Mount the unit body onto the shaft of the extension stick.
  3. Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure the cord does not touch any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage socket.
  4. Hold the body with one hand and the mixing bowl with the other.
  5. Select the desired speed, insert the unit into the mixing bowl and push the power switch to initiate operation. While mixing, use circular movements

on the bottom of the bowl. You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo button.

  1. Switch the unit off after mixing. Disconnect the cable from the socket.
  2. Press the buttons on the sides of the appliance to release the extension (Fig. 2) and wash it under running lukewarm water immediately. Make sure the water does not get inside the extension to the driving shaft area. If this happens, leave the stick extension to dry and apply a few drops of vegetable oil to ease the operation of the stick bearings.

EXAMPLE - MAYONNAISE RECIPE

200 - 250 ml oil

1 whole egg

1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar

Put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl in the above-mentioned order. Insert the stick extension to the bottom of the mixing bowl. Switch ON, and hold the unit in this position until the oil creates an emulsion. Move the operating unit up and down slowly, until the mayonnaise has the required density.

CHOPPING

The chopping bowl is suitable for chopping meat, cheese, onions, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, dried plums, etc.

Do not attempt to chop extremely hard foodstuff s such as nutmeg, coff ee beans, or cereals.

Items like meat, cheese, onions, garlic, carrots, or frozen food must be cut before chopping.

Remove the stems from herbs and all nutshells.

Remove bones, cartilage and tendons from the meat.

  1. Fill the chopping bowl with the ingredients and close it with the cover that holds the transmission.

  2. Mount the unit body on the lid with the transmission.

  3. Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure it does not touch any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage socket.

  4. Hold the body with one hand and the chopping container with the other.

  5. Select the required speed and push the button to start the machine. You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo button.

  6. Switch the unit off after chopping. Use the release buttons to disconnect the unit body from the lid with the transmission. Disconnect the cable from the socket.

  7. Wipe the lid with the transmission using a wet cloth. Do not immerse in water or wash in running water!

WHISKING

The whisk extension may only be used for whisking cream, egg whites, for preparation of thin sponge cake dough, and cold desserts.

Use a wide container.

The maximum amount of cold cream (minimum fat content 30 %, 4-8 °C) for whisking is 400 ml.

The maximum amount of egg whites to be whisked is four.

  1. Put the food in a wide container.
  2. Mount the unit body onto the shaft of the whisking extension stick.
  3. Uncoil the whole length of the power cord. Make sure the cord does not touch any nearby sources of heat. Insert the plug into the electric voltage socket.

  4. Hold the body with one hand and the whisking container with the other.

  5. Select the desired speed, insert the unit into the whisking bowl and push the

power switch to initiate operation. To whisk the contents, apply circular, clockwise movement at the bottom. You may increase the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo button.

  1. Switch the unit off after whisking. Disconnect the cable from the socket.

  2. Press the buttons on the sides of the appliance to release the whisking extension (Fig. 2). Remove the whisk from the transmission. Wipe the transmission with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the transmission in water or wash in running water! You can wash the whisk under running warm water or immerse in water and soak.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Switch the unit off and pull the plug from the socket prior to cleaning and after use of the unit.

Clean the unit body with a wet cloth.

Do not use steel wool, abrasive agents or solvents to clean the unit.

The transmissions must not be exposed to water! Wipe them with a damp cloth only.

Do not immerse the stick extension in water! Just rinse it. Make sure the water does not enter the extension where the driving spindle is. If this happens, leave the stick extension to dry and apply a few drops of vegetable oil to ease the operation of the extension bearings.

Wash the vessels and blades in tepid water with detergent and rinse in clean water; you can use a dishwasher.

Some of the plastic parts may change colour when you process ingredients with a higher pigmentation level (e.g. carrots). To remove the colour, apply vegetable oil to these parts and let it work for a couple of minutes before washing.

The warranty conditions do not apply to defects caused by improper or inadequate maintenance of the equipment.

REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

Any extensive maintenance or repair that requires access to the inner parts of the product must be performed by an expert service centre.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  • Packaging materials and obsolete appliances should be recycled.
  • The transport box may be disposed of as sorted waste.
  • Polyethylene bags shall be handed over for recycling.

The vendor is obliged to inform the consumer of the features and parameters of the product and fill in the Warranty Certificate fully and legibly on the day of purchase.

The Certificate is not valid without all the prescribed data correctly filled in!

The manufacturer (or importer) is responsible for the features of the product under the applicable technical standards and conditions for the warranty period.

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer (or importer).

Under the warranty the consumer is entitled to the free, timely and duly executed remedy of faults (see below), or to receive a replacement of the defective part of the product, provided it is not disproportionate with regards to the nature of the fault. The right to replacement of the product or termination of the purchase contract can be exercised only if all the legal preconditions have been met, on the condition that the product was not excessively worn or damaged.

The validity of the guarantee is subject to:

  • Observance of the instructions mentioned in the Operating Manual;
  • A document proving payment including all the prerequisites, or a valid Warranty Certificate;

Any claims with regards to product liability shall be exercised by the consumer with the vendor where the product was purchased.

The right to repair can be exercised at the location where you purchased the product or at an authorized service centre; a list of the centres is included in the product package or you may find it on the website www.my-concept.com.

Notice for consumers

The consumer is obliged to keep the Warranty Certificate and cash voucher to demonstrate payment for the product. When exercising a claim on a product, it has to be cleaned and packed in order to prevent any damage during transport to an authorized centre. The manufacturer (or importer) reserves the right not to accept a product which is not cleaned duly. Additional cleaning of the product will be charged.

The manufacturer (or importer) reserves the right not to pay the cost of false claims and to require that the claiming party cover all the necessary costs related to the examination of the qualification and solution of the claim.

The right to free repair of the product, or refund, shall not be exercised in the following cases:

- The conditions of the installation, operation and handling of the product, mentioned in the Operating Manual, were not observed;

  • The fault occurred due to mechanical, thermal or chemical damage, short circuit or overvoltage;
  • The fault is due to the unauthorized intervention of a third party;
  • The fault is due to force majeure;
  • The fault is due to insufficient or undue maintenance in conflict with the Operating Manual, including faults caused by limescale and other sediments;
  • Wear and tear of the product, or its part, caused by regular use;
  • Change of the colour of heating surfaces, or scratched surfaces due to regular use;
  • Changes of appearance and function due to sunshine, thermal radiation, or limescale and other sediments;
  • Expired service life of some parts of the product, e.g. accumulators, bulbs etc.

The nature of the fault can be determined only by the manufacturer, importer, authorized centre, or authorized expert, not by the vendor or consumer.

The consumer shall have no claim to faulty spare parts replaced within a warranty repair.

In the case of termination of the purchase contract, the consumer is obliged to return the complete product, including the accessories and documents supplied.

There is no warranty related to promotional items supplied with the product, the price of which was not charged to the consumer.

The consumer has all the minimum rights under the applicable laws.

Note: Claims regarding products damaged during transport shall be governed by the complaint procedure of the freight forwarder.
