Frequently Asked Questions - VP-8210 Concept

How do I assemble the vacuum cleaner?
First, insert the flexible hose into the appliance's air suction inlet until it clicks. Then attach the telescopic tube to the hose adapter by pushing and turning slightly. Extend the tube by pressing the plastic latch and pulling outward. Finally, fix the floor attachment onto the tube and adjust the flap based on floor type (hard floor or carpet).
How do I replace the dust bag?
Disconnect the vacuum from the mains. Pull out the hose and open the cover. Remove the full bag and dispose of it. Insert a new bag by sliding the pasteboard lamella into the bag holder, aligning the bag opening with the hole in the cover. Close the cover until it clicks.Only use the appliance with a dust bag inserted.
How do I clean or replace the motor filter?
Disconnect the hose and open the cover. Remove the dust bag for easier access. Take out the motor filter. Clean it by tapping and shaking, or wash in lukewarm water and dry thoroughly. Insert cleaned or new filter (order code 44290820), then close the cover.
How do I clean or replace the HEPA air outlet filter?
Open the air outlet grid at the rear of the appliance. Remove the HEPA filter. Clean by tapping, shaking, and using a soft brush. For heavy soiling, wash in lukewarm water without detergents, then let dry completely. Insert cleaned or new filter (order code 44290821) and close the grid. Do not use a wet filter or a hair dryer.
Why is the dust bag fill indicator still red after replacing the bag?
A persistent red indicator may be caused by: 1) obstructed air passages (hoses, tube, attachments), 2) dirty motor filter, or 3) dirty air outlet filter. Check and clean each component. If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center.
What should I do if the suction power is reduced?
Reduced suction often results from a full or clogged dust bag, obstructed filters, or a blockage in the nozzle, tube, or hose. Replace the dust bag, clean/replace the filters, and ensure all air passages are clear.
The motor stopped running, what could be the cause?
If the motor stops, check that the plug is fully inserted and the mains outlet is live. If those are fine, the motor may have overheated due to improper airflow. Disconnect the power, clear any blockages, and let the vacuum cool down before restarting.
Can I vacuum liquids with this vacuum cleaner?
No, this vacuum cleaner is intended for dry household use only. Never vacuum liquids, wet surfaces, or flammable liquids. Doing so risks electric shock and damage to the appliance.
What accessories are included and how are they used?
Included accessories: Slot nozzle for radiators, corners, and tight spaces; Upholstery nozzle with detachable brush for upholstery and delicate surfaces (use the brush for shelves and furniture). These store in the appliance's rear bottom compartment.
How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The standard warranty is 24 months from the date of purchase. Additionally, the motor is covered for an extra 36 months (total up to 60 months) under specific conditions. The warranty requires proper use as per the manual and valid purchase proof. Contact the vendor or an authorized service center for claims.
