Frequently Asked Questions - 307656 Arendo

How to adjust the dough thickness?
Pull the regulator (pasta roller adjustment) outward and select a level from 1 to 7. Insert the dough and turn the handle. You can adjust the thickness during rolling.
How to switch between tagliatelle and spaghetti rollers?
Remove the handle from the pasta roller and insert it into the corresponding hole: hole number 5 for tagliatelle, hole number 4 for spaghetti. Then turn the handle to cut the pasta.
How to fix the pasta machine to the worktop?
Use the supplied clamp. Place the appliance on the table and tighten the clamp to hold it in place. Ensure the fixation is stable before use.
Can the pasta machine be used without the clamp?
It is not recommended to use the appliance without the clamp as this could cause the machine to shift during use. Always secure it firmly.
How to clean the pasta machine after use?
Clean it with a dry cloth or soft brush. Never wash it with water or in the dishwasher. For a deep clean, run a small piece of fresh dough through to absorb residue.
What to do if the rollers do not turn easily?
Pour a little food-grade oil on the roller ends to lubricate them. Avoid using excess oil which could stain the dough.
What types of pasta can I prepare?
With this machine, you can prepare tagliatelle, spaghetti, and pasta sheets of different thicknesses for other preparations (lasagna, ravioli, etc.).
Can I let the dough rest after cutting?
Yes, after cutting the noodles, place them on a towel and let rest for about 1 to 2 hours to dry slightly before cooking or storage.
Is the pasta machine suitable for children?
The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above under adult supervision. Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance.
Where can I find spare parts?
Contact the manufacturer Arendo or the retailer. Accessories like the handle and clamp are available separately. Refer to the manual for contact details.
