Assembly of agitator (II)
Tighten the agitator's tip using spanners for mixer's spindle. The connector to be tighten firmly to prevent its spontaneous disconnection during operation.
Adjustment of rotational speed (III)
Choose between the two speed ranges with the switch on the front of the tool. The spindle speed must be set using the regulator. The regulator knob has numbers on it, the larger the number visible on the knob, the higher the spindle speed. Speed regulation is smooth.
Starting and stopping the mixer
Note! Prior to each start of operation, make a trial start for approx. 30 seconds. Trial start should be done without agitator submersed in the mass to be mixed. During trial start, please observe the operation of the agitator and the mixer. Proper work may be started provided no symptoms of improper operation such as e.g. excessive oscillations, excessive noise or queer odour were found during the trial start-up.
Use agitators appropriate for the specific job. Make sure that the swindle is not bent.
Take on working clothes as well as eye and ear protectors, and other personal safety equipment required when working with particular material.
Make sure, that the switch of the tool remains in "off" position, insert the plug of mixer's power cable to mains socket.
Grab both mixer's grip handles with your hands.
Adopt a fi rm and stable posture.
Immerse the agitator in product to be mixed. Agitator's head should stay completely under the surface of the liquid being mixed.
This will prevent sloshing of liquid being mixed.
Turn on the mixer by pressing on the electric switch with a finger.
Mixer's switching off takes place after release of pressure on switch button.
In the event of long lasting operation you may use the switch lock. To enable the lock press the switch button and switch lock at the same time. To release the lock press the switch button.
