How to properly connect the WBP-160?

The screen successively displays the values of voltage (V), current (A), power (W), power factor (PF), frequency (Hz), energy (kWh) and time (h:m). Pressing the MODE button allows you to scroll through the displays.
How to measure the consumption of a device over a long period?
Leave the WBP-160 plugged in and the device to be measured connected. The cumulative energy (kWh) and operating time are memorized even if the display changes. To reset, press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds.
