How to assemble the Vevor C250036D-01 TV cabinet?

Follow the steps in the provided manual. Assemble on a flat surface, use the indicated cams and screws. Do not use a power screwdriver. Make sure the cam arrows point toward the dowel holes.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The safe load capacity is 110 lb (approx. 50 kg), including the TV and items placed on the shelves.

Can I adjust the height of the shelves?

This model does not allow adjusting the shelf height. The shelves are fixed.

How to adjust the doors if they are not aligned?

Use the three hinge adjustments: (a) loosen the hinge to adjust height, (b) loosen the center screw to adjust side gap, (c) turn the nut in the center to adjust tilt. Refer to the manual for details.

Is the LED strip included? How to install it?

Yes, the LED strip is included. Connect it to a DC 5-24V, 6000 mA power source (adapter not included?). Follow the wiring diagram in the manual.

What TVs are compatible?

The cabinet accepts TVs up to 65 inches, but check your TV's dimensions against the cabinet width (1470 mm) for proper centering.

How to clean the cabinet?

Use a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive or alcohol-based cleaners. Wipe up any spilled liquid immediately.

Is it safe to place heavy objects on the shelves?

Do not exceed the maximum load of 110 lb evenly distributed. Avoid placing heavy objects on the edges.

Is the cabinet delivered assembled?

No, the cabinet is in kit form. Full assembly is required. Plan for two people to assemble.

What to do in case of missing or damaged parts?

1. Assemble only according to these instructions. Improper assembly may create hazards.
2. Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and heavy-duty work gloves during assembly.
3. Keep the assembly area clean and well-lit.
4. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
5. Do not assemble if tired or when under the influence of alcohol, or medication.
6. The product capabilities apply to properly and completely assembled products only.
7. Assemble on a flat, level, hard and smooth surface capable of sa supporting the Glass TV Stand.
8. For additional information regarding the parts listed in the following pages, please refer to the Assembly Diagram of this manual. Unw and separate all parts in a clean work area.

INSTALLATION OF CAMS AND PINS

Screw the pin into the hole. To set the cams correctly, ensure that the arro cam is opening to the hole of the pin it is locking. Lock the cam by turnin head with a screwdriver until it is tightened. Please do not use an electric screwdriver to assemble the unit.

Read each step carefully before starting. It is very important that each step instruction is performed in the correct order. If these steps are not followed sequence, assembly difficulties will occur.

If the door panel is not sitting at a right position or angle, follow the below to improve.(1) Loosen the hinge, adjust the door panel position and down), then fasten the screws to secure the hinge (Step a).(2) If the middle screw of the hinge and adjust the door panel in and out desired position, then fasten the screws to secure the hinge (Step b). Adjust the nut at the centre of the hinge to fine tune the tilting angle door panel (left or right) to make the door panel to be vertical (Step c).(4) After adjusting the position of the door panel, install Q self tappi fix it(Step d).
