1. Open the buckle around the wheel cart.

Note: If the buckle gets in the way of the legs when hanging down, wrap it around the leg and buckle it closed.

1. Pull apart the spring-loaded wheel cart.

1. Loop your finger into the loop on each corner of the ball bag and insert each metal pin into the appropriate slots in the corners atop the wheel cart. Note: It may be easiest to insert and extract the ball bag when the cart is not open to its fullest.

1. To lock the legs in place and keep the wheel cart from moving, push the levers on the wheels from side to side. Note: Only 2 of the wheels lock. To disassemble, follow the steps in the reverse order.
