How to assemble the W26 cart?

To assemble the cart, remove the chassis, wheels, and tray from the box. Position the chassis vertically, unfold by pressing the handle and frame, then lock by pressing in the middle. Install the swivel wheels on the front and fixed wheels on the rear by aligning the button with the hole. Finally, unlock the telescopic handle.

What is the maximum load capacity of the cart?

The safe maximum load capacity is 350 lbs (approx 159 kg). Never exceed this limit to avoid risk of injury or damage.

What are the unfolded dimensions of the cart?

The unfolded dimensions are: upper tray 860 x 440 x 240 mm (33.8 x 17.3 x 9.4 inches) and lower tray 1020 x 400 x 190 mm (40.1 x 17.3 x 7.5 inches).

How to fold the cart for storage?

To fold the cart, lock the telescopic handle when folded, then hold the handle with one hand and press the front bottom of the U-shaped frame. Tilt the handle toward you so the cart folds onto itself.

Are the cart wheels swivel?

Yes, the two front wheels are swivel for easy turning, while the two rear wheels are fixed for stability.

Remove the wagon frame, wheels, and bottom deck pad from the box. Set the wheels to the side. Position the wagon frame upright with the handle facing you, as shown in (Fig. 1A).

Place one hand on the handle and the other hand on the frame, as shown in (Fig. 1B), to unfold the wagon.

Lock the frame of the wagon by pushing down on the middle of the wagon, as shown in (Fig. 2A).

Installation of the wheels: Rotating wheels for turning need to be installed on the front of the wagon, by the telescoping handle. Fixed wheels are installed on the rear. Line up the button on the wheel with the hole of the vertical frame. Press the button down and insert the wheel until it clicks and locks into position, as shown in (Fig. 3A). Repeat for the other 3 wheels.

Unlock the telescoping handle from the frame and you are ready to go!

USAGE NOTES

Add the bottom deck pad with cargo net by lowering the handle to the ground and sliding the bottom pad onto the lower deck. Attach the cargo net using fastening strips to the frame of the wagon. The pad can be left on the wagon for storage.

Flip the table up at the rear of the wagon by pulling up on the tab. Make sure you lock the table into position prior to using, and unlock it before folding the wagon for storage.

Lock the telescoping handle to the frame as shown in (Fig. 1A). If the telescoping handle is fully extended, push the button on the side of the handle to fold it as shown in (Fig. 1B).

Folding the wagon: Hold the telescoping handle with one hand and step on the front of the bottom of the U-frame as shown in (Fig. 2A). Tilt the wagon toward you, and the wagon will fold onto itself as shown in (Fig. 2B).
