Before first use, wipe the device with a damp cloth and assemble the various parts (tower, chocolate feed spiral), making sure they are securely fastened.
Use of the device
To be faster, melt your chocolate (approx. 250g) in a bain-marie or in the microwave with a little oil or butter, stirring to obtain a fluid consistency. "et the on/off switch to speed II, and add the melted chocolate to the container at the bottom of the fountain. The rotating auger draws the hot chocolate to the tower of the fountain and cascades down to the lower-level container. •ow you can dip your fruit, cookies or marshmallows into the chocolate.

Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the machine and let it cool down. Wash the tower and spiral in hot water, rinse and dry. For the container, pour the remaining chocolate into a bowl and wipe with a damp sponge. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. •ever use abrasive sponges. Do not immerse the base in water. •ever put the unit or its accessories in the dishwasher.
