IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR THIS APPLIANCE!

- The appliance should be used only for coffee, various cocktails, sauces, baby food, milk shakes, etc.

- Never put your fingers or other objects (hair, clothes, cooking utensils, knives, screwdrivers, etc.) near the axis when the appliance is being used.

- Read all the instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep them in a safe place for future use.

- Do not use the appliance outdoors and keep it away from sources of heat (e.g., electric stove) and direct sunlight.

- Please do not keep the appliance in immediate proximity to water sources (e.g., washbasin).

• Do not use this appliance with wet hands.
• Keep it on an suitable surface so that it does not tip over.
• Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket when the appliance is not being used or for cleaning.
• Operate the product only with the voltage specified on the type plate of the appliance.
• Do not move the appliance when it is being operated.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is not intended to be used, cleaned or maintained by people (including children up to the age of 8 years) with reduced physical,

sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge. Unless they are supervised by a person who is responsible for their safety or have received instructions from this person about how to use the appliance and have understood the risks involved.

- In the interest of child safety, please do not leave any packaging material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) lying around.

- If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, his specialist dealer, or an equally qualified person, so as to prevent any risk.

- Do not overfill the shaker, otherwise water may spurt out.

4. Before rst use

• Ensure that the packaging of this appliance has been disposed of properly.
• Keep all small parts and plastic bags away from babies and children.
• After removing the appliance from the packaging, clean it with a damp cloth. Make sure that no water gets into the appliance and never immerse the appliance in water to clean it!
• Ensure that the rated voltage of the connected socket corresponds to that specified on the rating plate of the appliance.
• Place the product on a flat and dry surface.
• Ensure that all parts of the appliance are correctly assembled before using the appliance.
• Do not switch on the drink mixer without the cup. Never touch rotating parts of the appliance!
• Before using the appliance, lay out the cable completely and make sure that it is not damaged.
• The appliance is only intended for short-term operation of 1 minute. Do not use it for longer than 1 minute in continuous operation.
• Make sure that you always take a break of 1 minute between each use.

5. Commissioning

Remove the appliance from the packaging and remove all packaging material. Check that the supplied appliance is complete. Ensure that the On/Off switch is in the 'Off' position (0) before connecting the mains plug to a suitable and properly connected socket.

Fill the stainless steel beaker supplied with the desired ingredients and set the on/off switch to 'I' or 'II' to select the desired speed level.

Insert the cup into the holder and press the height adjustment button. Place the blender on the beaker so that the safety switch (1) is always pressed by the beaker. The blending process will not start if the safety switch is not pressed!

Finally, set the on/off switch to '0' and allow the appliance to cool down for approx. 1 minute. Keep the drink mixer dry at all times.

Caution! The appliance should not be switched on for longer than 1 minute each time it is used in order to avoid overheating!

6. Cleaning and care

Make sure that you switch off the appliance completely and disconnect the plug from the socket before you start cleaning and maintenance.

Never immerse the product in water or other liquids! Clean the blender housing with a damp cloth. To clean the blender jug, fill the jug with a little water and start the blending process.

If you want to store the appliance, allow it to cool down completely.

7. Safety instructions and disclaimer

Never attempt to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The device is not approved for outdoor use; only use it in dry conditions. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Keep the device away from high temperatures. Do not expose the device to sudden temperature changes or strong vibrations, as this could damage the electronic components.

Check the device for damage before use. The appliance should not be used if it has been knocked or damaged in any other way. Please observe the national regulations and restrictions. Do not use the device for purposes other than those described in the instructions. This product is not a toy.

Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally impaired persons. Any repair or modification to the appliance that is not carried out by the original supplier will invalidate the warranty or guarantee. The appliance may only be used by persons who have read and understood these instructions. The device specifications may change without prior notice.

8. Disposal instructions

According to the European WEEE Directive, electrical and electronic devices may not be disposed of with household waste. Their components must be recycled or disposed of separately, as toxic and hazardous components can cause lasting damage to the environment if disposed of incorrectly.

As a consumer, you are obliged under the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) to return electrical and electronic equipment free of charge at the end of its life to the manufacturer, the point of sale or to public collection centres set up for this purpose. Details are regulated by the respective state law. The symbol on the product, the operating instructions and/or the packaging refers to these regulations. By separating, recycling and disposing of old appliances in this way, you are making an important contribution to protecting our environment.
