Check that the ice maker switch is in the ON position on the control panel. Ensure the water supply is connected and pressure is between 40 and 120 psi. A new freezer may take 12 to 24 hours to produce ice. If the problem persists, check the water filter.

How to replace the water filter?

Open the compartment cover to 90°. Turn the filter 1/4 turn counterclockwise using the extraction tool. Pull it towards you. Insert the new filter aligning the blue arrow, turn 1/4 turn clockwise. Flush by running 2 gallons of water (8 L) via the pitcher or discard the first batch of ice cubes. Reset the counter by holding the + key for 3 seconds.

How to activate Sabbath Mode?

Press and hold the (+) and DOOR ALARM keys simultaneously until the display shows SABBATH MODE. In Sabbath Mode, displays, alarms, and lights are disabled, the ice maker and pitcher do not operate. The mode disables automatically after 96 hours or by repeating the same action.

Why is there frost on frozen foods?

Frost inside the packaging is normal. If frost is excessive, check that the door is firmly closed and nothing is blocking the closure. Avoid opening the door too frequently or for too long. Reduce the temperature if necessary.

How to clean stainless steel surfaces?

Use a soft cloth and mild detergent in hot water, or a Monogram-approved stainless steel cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads, acid-based cleaners, ammonia, or acetone. Dry with a soft cloth to avoid streaks.

How to deactivate the door alarm?

Press the DOOR ALARM key once: the OFF indicator lights up. To reactivate, press again. The alarm volume can be adjusted by holding the DOOR ALARM key until VOLUME HIGH/LOW/OFF appears.

What to do if the auto-fill pitcher does not work?

Check that the water supply is connected. Remove the pitcher and then reposition it correctly in the dispenser guide, ensuring it rests flat on the shelf. Filling may take up to 5 seconds before starting.

How to reset the water filter after replacement?

After installing the new filter, hold down the + key on the control panel for 3 seconds until the life indicator resets.

What is the warranty coverage for the refrigeration system?

The limited warranty covers the sealed refrigeration system (compressor, condenser, evaporator, tubing) for 5 years parts and labor, then from the 6th to the 12th year parts only. Travel and labor are your responsibility after 5 years.

Drawers in the refrigerator will stop before coming all the way out, to help prevent contents from spilling onto floor.

To remove a drawer: Pull the drawer out and press the snaps at the front of both sides to release the drawer. Lift the front of the drawer up while pulling forward to move the pan free of the back slide hooks.

To replace a drawer: Place the back of the pan under the hooks on the back of the slides. Rotate the drawer down until the front snaps are securing the front of the pan.
