A person who has not read and understood all operating and safety instructions is not qualified to operate this appliance. All users of this appliance must read and understand this Instruction Manual before operating or cleaning this appliance.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including:
- Read all instructions before operating this appliance.
- DO NOT TOUCH the hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- This appliance is NOT A TOY.
- Unsupervised young children and cognitively challenged individuals should never operate this appliance.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug or any part of this appliance in water or other liquids.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before removing parts and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off any parts, and before cleaning.
- DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or if the appliance has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest repair shop for examination, repair or adjustment.

Operating Safety Precautions
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- During use, the appliance is very hot and remains hot for some time after being turned off. DO NOT touch hot surfaces like the heated base.
- Keep hands and face away from the opening of the pot.
- NEVER put fingers or plastic utensils into the hot mixture.
- This appliance is not intended for use with oil.
Instructions for the Electrical Cord and Plug
- This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
- A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming entangled or tripping over a long cord.

Extension cords can be used if care is exercised in their use.
- The marked electrical rating of the cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance.

This unit holds about 2 cups of your favorite cheese, meats, beans, rice, and comes with four taco holders. Make your Fiesta a Taco Tuesday!

- Thread the power cord of the heated base through the center of the carousel, then set the heated base into the center of the carousel. To keep the unit level, make sure the power cord is placed into the notch in the bottom of the carousel.
- Set the melting pot into the center of the heated base, and set the melting pot lid
- Place the topping trays into the slots on the outside of the carousel.
HOW TO OPERATE
- Before first use, wipe down heated base, melting pot, lid and trays with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry thoroughly. Be very careful to not get any water in the heated base, or unit will not function.
- Find a dry, heat-resistant, level surface near an electrical outlet.
- Using your own recipe or following a recipe included in this instruction manual, prepare your cheese, dips, meats, rice, etc.
- Fill the topping trays with your favorite taco toppings.
- Place the melting pot into the heated base and plug in the appliance.
- Fill the melting pot with your chosen sauces or meats. Be very careful not to overfill the pot. DO NOT exceed the 20 ounce maximum capacity.
- Stearn may be released from food during cooking. For your safety, avoid contact with steam, as it is very hot and can cause burns.
- Be careful to watch the melting pot and stir mixture if necessary. DO NOT let mixture boil over, as this could cause burns.
- When food is ready to serve, place your shell in the taco holder and start creating your perfect taco!
- As soon as you are finished, unplug appliance and allow to cool. BE CAREFUL, as base and melting pot will still be hot.
- Once the appliance is cool, empty remaining heated mixture into a bag or trash receptacle and follow the directions in the Cleaning & Maintenance section to clean your LAZY SUSAN TACO BAR.

NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Please take care of your LAZY SUSAN TACO BAR by following these simple instructions and precautions.
- Disconnect from the electrical outlet by unplugging the appliance.
- Make sure the appliance is completely cool before cleaning.
- Remove all parts from heated base.
- Dispose of any remaining mixture by emptying into a bag or trash receptacle. It is not recommended that you pour the leftover mixture down the sink.
- Hand wash melting pot and trays in warm, soapy water with a non-abrasive cloth.
- Dry parts thoroughly with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Wipe the heated base with a dry, non-abrasive cloth. Make sure that no water gets inside of the heated base.
- DO NOT put any parts in a dishwasher.
- NEVER immerse heated base or cord in water.

Friends and family will enjoy making tacos with the LAZY SUSAN TACO BAR! You can be creative when making the tacos with a variety of toppings!
NOTE: The capacity of your LAZY SUSAN TACO BAR is approximately 2 cups. Do not overfill the heating pot.
GROUND BEEF TACOS

SHREDDED CHICKEN TACOS
| 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken | Shred chicken and cook in a saucepan over medium hit for 10-15 min until meat is no longer pink. |
| 2 tablespoons tomato paste | Add seasoning mixture, water and tomato paste. Add chicken to center heating pot. |
| 2/3 cup water | Place taco shells on tray holder. |
| 8 hard/soft taco shells | Fill taco shells with meat and desired toppings! |

NACHOS SUPREME
| 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken | Brown ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain fat. |
| 2 tablespoons tomato paste | If using chicken, Shred chicken and cook in a saucepan over medium hit for 10-15 min until meat is no longer pink. |
| 2/3 cup water | Add seasoning mixture, water and tomato paste. Add to center heating pot. |
| 1 bag of tortilla chips | Place desired toppings (onion, tomato, cheese, jalepenos, refried beans, etc.) and place in lazy susan compartments. |
| 1 large onion, chopped | |
| 2 garlic cloves, minced | Place tortilla chips on a plate. |
| 1 can refried beans | Place meat on top of chips. |
| 2 cups shredded cheddar | Cover meat with desired toppings. |
| 1/2 cup of jalepenos | Enjoy! |

| 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves | |

BEEF/CHICKEN BURRITO
| 1 lb. ground beef or 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken | Brown ground beef over medium heat until no pink remains. Drain fat. |
| Taco seasoning | If using chicken, Shred chicken and cook in a saucepan over medium hit for 10-15 min until meat is no longer pink. |
| 2/3 cup water | Add seasoning mixture, water and tomato paste. Add to center heating pot. |
| 1.5 cup white or brown rice | Place a burrito (may warm it up in microwave) on a work surface. |
| 1/2 cup black beans | Place desired amount of rice just below the centre. Top with beef or chicken, then some lettuce, black beans, tomato, a sprinkle of red onion, cheese and sour cream/hot sauce. |

| 1/4 onion, diced | |
| 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves | Fold up the bottom to cover the filling then fold the edges in. Roll up tightly, then wrap in foil. Serve as is or heat per below. |

Nostalgia Products LLC (the "Company") hereby warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, this product will be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal home use, provided that the product is operated and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions. As the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty, the Company will at its discretion either repair or replace the product found to be defective, or issue a refund on the product during the warranty period. This warranty is only available to the original retail purchaser of the product from the date of initial retail purchase, and is only valid with the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase date is required to obtain warranty benefits. All warranty claims must be brought to the attention of the Company within the warranty period and no later than 30 days of the failure to perform. This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by shipping, mishandling, misuse, accident, alteration, improper replacement parts, or other than ordinary household use. You may be required to return the product (with shipping prepaid by you) for inspection and evaluation. Return shipping costs are not refundable. The Company is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Unless otherwise specifically permitted by the operating instructions, this warranty applies to indoor household use only. Some states, provinces or jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
