- Never use this appliance without placing the lid on it! There is a risk of injury!
- Do not use dry ingredients and ensure that there is enough liquid in the blender jar.
- Never operate the appliance in a dry condition.
- Check the product for damage every time before use. Do not operate the appliance if the cable, the plug or the appliance show any visible signs of damage.
- Do not make any modifications or repairs to the appliance.
- Caution! The blade unit is very sharp!

Never touch the blade of the blade unit when the plug is connected.

Plug the appliance only into a properly installed power socket.
- Never leave the mixer unattended and choose a location in which the device is out of reach of animals and/or children.
- Children should not play with the appliance.
- This appliance can be operated by children from 8 years of age and above, as well as by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or who lack knowledge or experience, if they have been supervised or instructed regarding safe use of the device, and understand the resultant dangers.
- Keep the blender out of reach of children under 8 years of age.

Keep it on an suitable surface to avoid injuries when mixing.

Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket when the appliance is not being used or for cleaning.
- Ensure that the power cable does not come into contact with any hot surfaces.
- If you want to pull out the plug from the socket, pull by holding the plug and not the cable.
- Never touch the plug with wet hands.
- Protect the device against fire.
- Do not immerse the cable, the plug or the entire device in water or any other liquids.
- The device should not be used by children. Keep this device and the power plug out of reach of children.

Switch off the device and pull the power plug when you want to replace any accessories or to move the device to another location.

Remove the power plug from the socket when the device is not in operation, as well as during cleaning and assembly.
- If the power cord is damaged, this must be replaced by the manufacturer or by a qualified person in the event of a defect, in order to prevent damage.
- Never insert body parts, or objects which are not defined for it, in the blender.
- If the blade unit is blocked and does not move, always disconnect the plug from the socket before removing the objects that are blocking the blade.
- The appliance is intended for personal use only.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug if you want to remove accessories, such as the blade unit.
- Before using the product, first check if the delivered item is complete, accurate and undamaged.

Note: The appliance is designed for short-time use only. You must let it cool down sufficiently after approx. 2-3 minutes of uninterrupted use before you can use it again!

4. Preparation
Check if the product and the components are intact and if the device is working properly when using it for the first time.
Thoroughly clean the parts that come into contact with food before using the appliance for the first time. Allow hot ingredients to cool down before blending (max. Temperature 60 °C). Cut large ingredients into 2 cm pieces before blending. Use the appliance only on a flat surface.
5. Usage
This appliance is intended, for example, for the following applications:
- Blending fluids, e.g., dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and shakes.
- Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g., for making baby food.
6. Commissioning
- Attach the blender (6) to the motor unit (4).
- To do so, place the blender below the release button (5) and connect it by plugging, making sure to match it with the notch on the blender with the motor unit until it audibly clicks into place.
- Add the desired ingredients to the selected container.

Immerse the blade unit completely into the ingredients and hold the blender firmly.

Start carefully at low speed by pressing and holding down the normal button (2), or alternatively, the turbo button (3) for maximum power.
- Alternatively, you can set the desired speed for the normal button manually using the variable speed control (1).
- Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients.
Ensure that the container is not damaged when blending.
Do not operate the appliance unattended and check it for damage and proper assembly before using it each time. If the unit becomes blocked, unplug the power cord and remove the blockage.
7. Cleaning and Care
Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
• Dismantle all the parts. - Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Clean the blender in warm water and some dishwashing liquid.

Note: The blade unit can also be cleaned while it is attached to the motor unit by immersing the unit in warm water with some dishwashing liquid and running the device for some time.

Ensure that the motor unit does not get wet and do not immerse it in water! Dry the motor unit and store it for later use.

8. Safety instructions and disclaimer
Never try to open the appliance to carry out repairs or modifications. Avoid contact with the mains voltage. Do not short-circuit the product. The appliance is not approved for outdoor use. Therefore please use it only in dry surroundings. Protect it from high humidity, water and snow. Do not expose the device to high temperatures. Do not expose the device to sudden changes in temperature or strong vibrations, as this could damage the electronic components. Check the device for any damage before using it. The device should not be used if it was subject to impact or has been damaged in some other manner. Please comply with the local regulations and restrictions. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those described in the user manual. This product is not a toy.
Keep it out of the reach of children or mentally disabled persons. Any repair or modifications to the appliance, which is not carried out by the original supplier, will void any warranty and guarantee claims. The appliance should be used only by persons who have read and understood this user manual. The specifications of the device may be changed without prior notification.
9. Disposal instructions
In line with the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic devices should not be disposed of along with domestic waste. Their components have to be sent separately for recycling or disposal, as improper disposal of toxic and dangerous components may permanently damage the environment. According to the electrical and electronic equipment act (ElektroG), you are obliged (as a consumer) to return (free of charge) all electrical and electronic devices to the manufacturer, the point of sale, or public collection points at the end of their service life. The relevant local laws regulate the details in this regard. The symbol displayed on the product, in the user manual or/and on the packaging refers to these regulations. With this manner of sorting, recycling and disposal of used devices, you make an important contribution towards protecting our environment.

Warranty information
The manufacturer provides a warranty in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the customer resides, but for a minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user.
The warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship.
Warranty repairs may only be carried out by an authorised service centre. When making a claim under the guarantee, the original invoice (with date of purchase) must be submitted.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the unit, use of non-approved accessories
- Use of force, damage due to external influences
- Damage due to non-observance of the operating instructions, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains voltage or non-observance of the installation instructions Partially or completely dismantled units
