When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.

WARNING-To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury and property damage please note the following:

  • This appliance is not intended for use by children. Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets. Extra caution is necessary when using this appliance near children.
  • Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
  • Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet when not in use.
  • Do not immerse or expose the Base, Power Cord, or Plug of this appliance in water or other liquids.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the Manufacturer.
  • Do not place appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
  • Use extreme caution when moving an appliance containing food or liquids.
  • Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
  • Use appliance on a table or sturdy flat surface. Keep the appliance away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
  • Do not plug or unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
  • This appliance is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
  • Do not operate the appliance empty.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged power cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the motor housing is dropped in or exposed to water.
  • This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 6.
  • Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the appliance, as the power cord could fray and break.
  • Keep hands, hair, and utensils away from the beaters while in use to reduce the risk of personal injury or damage to the appliance.
  • A scraper may be used but only when the Mixer is not running.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:

  • The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.
  • Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.

WARNING: This product is equipped with a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other blade) to reduce the risk of electrical shock. This is a safety feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug

Using Your Stand Mixer:

  1. Place the Stand Base on a clean and sturdy flat surface. Press the Tilt/Open Button on the side of the Stand Base to tilt the head back.

  2. Insert the Stainless-Steel Bowl in place, then lock by turning clockwise. Insert the beaters into Mixer. *Make sure the grooves of the Mixer Holder lock with the grooves of the Mixer.

  3. Add the ingredients you would like to mix to the Bowl then lower the beaters or hooks into ingredients.

  4. Connect Plug to the nearest electrical outlet. Mix using a slower speed at first, gradually building.

Note: Use beaters if beat eggs. Use hooks if mixing thick sticky flour.

Note: When mixing dough, add water in bowl first, then add flour. Once bowl is locked into place, bowl can freely spin for further mixing.

CAUTION: Do not touch moving parts with fingers or objects.

Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.

Caution: Do not operate for more than 5 min at a time. Allow machine to rest for 2 minutes to avoid overheating.

  1. Mix ingredients to the desired consistency and turn the dial back to "0" to turn off. Always disconnect machine from the power supply when done using and to clean.

  2. You can eject the beaters by pressing down firmly on the Eject Button.

  3. You can remove the bowl by holding base with one hand then turning the bowl counterclockwise to unlock from Locking Disc.

Cleaning Your Stand Mixer:

WARNING: Always unplug the product before cleaning or storing it.

NOTICE: Never immerse the motor base, plug, or cord in water or any other liquid.

- It is recommended to rinse parts immediately after use to make cleaning easier.

- Beaters and Stainless-Steel Bowl can be washed using warm soapy water and nonabrasive soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads. Rinse and dry all parts thoroughly.

- The motor base may be wiped using a damp cloth. Reassemble and store in a cool, dry place. Keep machine away from reach of children.

NOTE: NEVER IMMERSE THE BASE

Recipes:

Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 8 Tbs. of salted butter

• 1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour (more as needed)

- 1 egg

- 1/2 C. white sugar

• 1/4 C. light brown sugar

- 14 tsp. salt (plus a pinch)

- 1 tsp. vanilla

• 3/4 C. chocolate chips

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Soften/Melt butter in microwave the butter for about 40 seconds.
  2. Use your stand mixer to beat the butter with the sugars until creamy. Add the vanilla and the egg; beat on low speed 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until dough crumbles. Press dough with hands to form one large ball. Add the chocolate chips folding in with your hands.
  4. Roll the dough into 9-12 large balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the cookies are lightly golden.
  5. Take them out of the oven and let cool on the pan for 30 minutes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or freeze them.

Guacamole

- 3 avocados, ripe

- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeds removed and finely diced

• 1/2 small onion, finely diced

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

• 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

• 3 tbsp, fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 lime, juiced

• 1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin.
  2. Add all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix on a low speed. Make it as chunky or smooth as you'd like.
  3. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
