When using this or any other electrical appliance, always follow these basic safety precautions, especially when children are present.

WARNING- To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, serious personal injury and property damage please note the following:

  • This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are closely supervised and instructed concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Keep the product out of reach of children and pets. Always ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet and allowed to cool before assembling, disassembling, relocating, or cleaning it.
  • Do not leave the product unattended while it is in use. Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet when not in use.
  • Do not put the Motor Housing, Power Cord, or Plug in water or other liquid. Do not operate the product in water or under running water.
  • Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs when handling product. Use protective oven mitts or gloves to avoid burns or personal injury.
  • Do not use attachments not recommended or sold by the product manufacturer.
  • Switch off the appliance and disconnect from power supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
  • Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or other heated surfaces.
  • Use the product in a well-ventilated area. Keep at least 4-6 inches of space on all sides of the product to allow adequate air circulation.
  • Keep the product away from curtains, wall coverings, clothing, dishtowels, or other flammable materials.
  • Do not plug or unplug the product from the electrical outlet with a wet hand.
  • The machine should not be operated by means of an external timer-switch or by means of a separate system with remote control.
  • This product is intended solely for non-commercial, non-industrial, household use in cooking of food for human consumption; do not use the product outdoors or for any other purpose.
  • Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter where it may be tripped over or pulled. Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces.
  • Do not operate the product if it has a damaged or cut Power Cord or plug, if wires are exposed, if it malfunctions, if it is dropped or damaged, or if the Motor Housing is dropped in or exposed to water.

  • This product has no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to examine or repair this product yourself. Please review the Warranty Policy on Page 8.

  • Do not put any stress on the power cord where it connects to the product, as the power cord could fray and break.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Keep fingers, hair, clothing, and any utensils away from moving parts. Never touch the blades while the machine is plugged in.
  • Unplug after use and before changing attachments.
  • Never use to blend hot oil or fats.
  • Never submerge the Motor Body part of the blender in water or let the cord/plug get wet. This is an electrical shock hazard.
  • A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. An extension cord is not recommended for use with this product, but if one must be used:

  • The marked electrical rating must be at least as great as that of the product.

  • Arrange the extension cord so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over or pulled.

feature. The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to insert the plug into the electrical outlet, try reversing the plug. If the plug still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use the plug with an extension cord unless you can fully insert the plug into the extension cord. Do not alter the plug. Do not attempt to defeat the safety purpose of the polarized plug.

Before First Use

IMPORTANT: Please check all packaging material carefully before discarding as there may be accessory parts contained within the packaging material. Remove all packaging and throw away the blades covers.

  1. Before your first use of your Hand Blender and Food Processor we recommend washing the Blender Shaft and the Stainless Steel. Please see the Cleaning section of this Manual.
  2. WARNING: Do not place the Motor Body in water.

Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.

Using Your Hand Blender:

WARNING: Avoid contact with moving parts.

Your Hand Blender and Food Processor allows you to blend Baby Food, Soups, Sauces, Milkshakes and Smoothies!

  1. Fit the Motor Body to the Blender Shaft and turn clockwise until it locks. (Turn counterclockwise to remove)
  2. Plug in your Hand Blender. To avoid splashing, place the Blender Shaft in your food before pressing the pulse button.
  3. Warning: Do not let liquids go above the joining of the Motor Body and the Blender Shaft. NOTE: With heavy mixtures do not use your hand blender for longer than 50 seconds, in 4 minutes the appliance can overheat.
    Blend your food by moving the blade through the food using an up and down motion.
    NOTE: If blending in a Saucepan remove your pan from the heat and let it cool down slightly to avoid overheating your Hand Blender.
  4. If your blender becomes jammed or is blocked unplug the appliance before clearing food.
  5. Once you are finished blending, unplug your appliance and dismantle for cleaning.
  6. Only use your hand blender for its intended domestic use.

To Use Hand Blender in Saucepan

Before using the hand blender on hot items on stove, take the pan off the heat and let it slightly cool. If saucepan is too hot, hand blender can get overheated.

  1. Fit the motor body inside the blender shaft and turn clockwise to lock.
  2. Plug in. NOTE: To avoid splashing, place the blade in the food before switching on.
  3. Hold the blender steady. Then press the desired speed button (use speed 1 for slower blending and to reduce splashing).
  4. Don't let liquid get above the join between the motor body and blender shaft.
  5. If your blender gets blocked, unplug before cleaning.
  6. After use, unplug and dismantle.

Using Your Food Processor:

WARNING: Avoid contact with moving parts.

Your Food Processor allows you to chop meat, cheeses, vegetables, bread, herbs, nuts and biscuits. NOTE: DO NOT CHOP HARD FOODS: ice cubes, coffee beans, chocolate and spices. This will cause the blades to go dull and will damage them. Remove all bones from meats cut to cubes.

  1. Fit the chopper blade over the pin in the chopper bowl.
  2. Add your food.
  3. Fit the chopper cover clockwise to lock.
  4. Fit the motor body to the chopper lid, turning clockwise to lock in safely.
  5. Plug in. Hold the bowl steady. Then press desired speed.
  6. After use, unplug and dismantle.

Cleaning:

WARNING: ALWAYS TURN OFF AND UNPLUG THE PRODUCT AND ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE CLEANING OR STORING. NOTICE: BLADES ARE VERY SHARP, DO NOT TOUCH THEM.

  1. Before disassembling, ensure the blades have completely stopped and use extreme caution when attaching or detaching the blender shaft as the blades are very sharp.
  2. Turn the Blender Shaft counterclockwise to remove from the Motor Body.
  3. The Bowl, Blades, Blender Shaft can all be washed using warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly.
    Note: Some foods like Carrots or Beets may color the plastic. Rubbing with a cloth dipped in a little vegetable oil helps remove some discoloration.
  4. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of this product.
  5. Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss. Store your Food Processor in a cool dry place.
  6. Store the appliance in a secure, cool dry place away from children.

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED AND USED IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. AND CANADA ONLY. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product, at our option; however, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us and our returning a product or component under this warranty to you. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace with a similar one of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse.

THIS WARRANTY EXTENDS ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASER. KEEP THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT, AS PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM.

This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than what is specified on the rating label (E.G., 120V\~60Hz). We exclude all claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages caused by breach of express or implied warranty. All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price. Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is limited to the duration of this written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other legal rights that vary depending on where you live. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or special, incidental, or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you. To make a warranty claim do not return this appliance to the store.
