How to use Air Fry mode?

Place the metal rack with the Air Fry basket on level 4 (upper zone). Select the Air Fry mode, set the temperature (160-250 °C) and cooking time. Preheating is not required. Turn the food halfway through for a crispy result.

How to clean the oven with pyrolysis?

Remove all accessories from the oven. Press the Menu button, select Cleaning then Pyrolysis. Choose the duration, confirm, and start the cycle. The oven heats to a high temperature to burn off residues. Once cooled, wipe the ashes with a damp cloth.

Why is steam escaping from the door?

Steam may escape through the door gaps during cooking, especially in steam mode. This is normal and does not affect performance. Check that the door gasket is clean and in good condition.

How to use the Dual Cook function?

Insert the separator tray on level 3 to divide the oven into upper and lower zones. The display detects the tray and shows two zones. Select the desired zone, then set the mode and temperature. You can cook two different dishes simultaneously.

What to do if an error code appears?

Refer to the Troubleshooting section of the manual. For example, code C-d1 indicates a door lock malfunction: turn the oven off and on again. If the problem persists, contact Samsung after-sales service.

How to set the time and date?

Press the Menu button, select Settings then Date and time. You can enable automatic synchronization via Wi-Fi or manually set the time zone, date, and time. Choose 12h or 24h format.

Can I use plastic containers in the oven?

No, only use heat-resistant containers (glass, ceramic, metal). Plastics can melt or release toxic substances. Always use utensils suitable for the cooking temperature.

How to descale the steam generator?

The oven will alert you when descaling is needed. Press Menu, select Cleaning then Descaling. Follow the on-screen instructions: use a specific descaler for steam ovens, fill the water tank, and start the cycle. After descaling, rinse the tank.

How to use the temperature probe?

Insert the probe into the thickest part of the meat (without touching the bone). Plug it into the socket on the left side of the oven. Select a compatible mode (e.g., Convection), then set the desired core temperature. The oven stops automatically when the temperature is reached.

Why does the oven door close slowly?

This oven is equipped with soft close. The door closes slowly and silently from an angle of about 15 degrees. It is a comfort and safety feature. If the hinge seems stuck, contact after-sales service.
