How to pair the E10BT earphones with my phone?

Make sure the earphones are off. Press and hold the multifunction button until the blue LED flashes rapidly. On your phone, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select E10BT. If a code is requested, enter 0000.

How to turn the earphones on and off?

To turn on, press and hold the multifunction button for about 1 second. To turn off, press and hold the same button for about 2 seconds.

What is the battery life?

Music playback time is 10 to 12 hours, and talk time is 8 to 10 hours. Standby time reaches 200 hours.

How to charge the earphones?

Use the provided USB cable and plug it into a computer or charger with an output voltage of 0.2V ± 5V. The red light turns on during charging and turns off when charging is complete (about 2 hours).

How to clean the earphone cable?

Use a cotton cloth with warm soapy water or diluted toothpaste. Gently wipe the cable without rubbing too hard. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry with a dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight.

Which ear tips to choose for better sound isolation?

The regular silicone ear tips eliminate ambient noise for immersive listening. The sports ear tips have an indentation to let in surrounding sounds, recommended for safety during outdoor activities. The double-layer ear tips offer better sealing.

Are the earphones waterproof?

The manual mentions that the double-layer ear tips have better leak resistance, but it does not specify that they are fully waterproof. Avoid immersing them in water.

How to answer or reject a call?

To answer, press the multifunction button once. To reject, press the same button twice quickly.

How to skip to the next track?

Press and hold the Volume + button to go to the next track. Press and hold Volume - to go back to the previous track.

What to do if the earphones do not reconnect automatically?

Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on and the earphones are on. They will reconnect automatically if you come back within 10 meters within 10 minutes of disconnection. Otherwise, they will turn off automatically.

Turning On/Off

Press and hold ‘multifunction’ button for 1 second to turn on. With Bluetooth on, press and hold ‘multifunction’ button for 2 seconds to turn off.

Pairing

1. Before pairing, make sure E10BT is turned off. (Refer to Turning On/Off section for reference)
2. To put the E10BT into Bluetooth discovery mode, press and hold the 'multifunction' button until blue LED is flashing rapidly. (This mode will last 5 minutes)
3. Follow your smartphone operating procedure for putting the device in Bluetooth discovery mode. Your smartphone should find the E10BT in discovery mode.
   Select E10BT headset to finish pairing. (If password is required during the pairing process, enter"0000")

Connecting Automatically

If your smartphone has been paired successfully with your earphone, the two devices will connect automatically if they are within the effective distance (10m) and effective time (10 minutes); if the earphones are outside the effective distance for over 10 minutes, the earphones will automatically power off.

Answering Incoming Calls

When receiving an incoming call, press the 'multifunction' button to answer the call. Press the 'multifunction' button again to hang up.

Reject Incoming Calls

When receiving an incoming call, rapidly and consecutively press ‘multifunction’ button twice to reject the call.

Last Number Redial

Press the ‘multifunction’ button twice in rapid succession to redial the last number.

Call Waiting

During a call, press the ‘multifunction’ button twice in rapid succession to switch from active call to incoming call.

Press the ‘multifunction’ button once to hang up on the current call and answer the incoming call.

Press and hold the ‘multifunction’ button to put the current call on hold and answer the incoming call.

Volume Control

Press the 'Volume +' to increase the volume.

Press the 'Volume -' to decrease the volume.

Audio Control

Press the ‘multifunction’ button to pause playback. Press the ‘multifunction’ button again to resume audio playback.

Press and hold the 'Volume +' button to skip to the next track.

Press and hold the 'Volume -' button to go back to the previous track.

Automatic Power Off

If Bluetooth is turned on, and there is no successful connection within 10 minutes, Bluetooth will automatically power off.

Charging

The E10BT uses a lithium-ion polymer battery. Please fully charge the battery prior to first-time use.

1. Please use a computer or USB charger with 5V±0.2V output voltage to charge the Bluetooth module, along with the provided USB cable ⑥.
2. A red light indicates that the unit is charging.
3. Charge time is approximately 2 hours. The red indicator light will go out once the unit is fully charged.
4. Press 'Volume +' and 'Volume -' briefly at the same time to hear an audio broadcast of the remaining battery power.

Battery Warnings

When battery power is low, you will hear a warning tone every 4 seconds, a red indicator light will also be flashing. These warnings will start when there is 3-5 minutes of power left. The device can be charged anytime. If the battery is completely depleted, please charge the unit as soon as possible in order to maintain proper battery life.

Your E10BT earphone comes with ear tips in a variety of sizes. Please choose the right size (pick the size that is most comfortable for you).

The included ear tips for sports/workout features a continuous groove, wearing these ear tips will not block external sound The included ear tips for normal listening provide noise isolation

For outdoor activities, such as running and cycling, we recommend using these ear tips, so that you can enjoy music while also be aware of your surrounding environment, and ensure safety.

When listening indoors, we recommend using the ear tips for normal listening, providing quiet listening to high quality music.

The provided double-flange silicone ear tips provide even better seal for your ears.

V. Cleaning Your Earphone Cable

1. Use warm, soapy water (or warm water mixed with toothpaste).
2. Dip a cleaning cloth into the solution and wipe down the earphone cable (note: do not use excessive force when wiping the cable, also avoid wiping the earpiece connector).
3. After wiping with cleaning solution, use cloth dipped in warm water to wipe down the cable.
4. Use a dry cloth or paper towel to wipe dry, hang cable to naturally dry, avoid direct sunlight.

VI. Maintenance and Precautions

1. Any improper use or unauthorized service that result in destruction of the earphone will void the warranty.
2. Please fully charge the Bluetooth module before initial use.
3. Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the earphone.
4. Do not use sharp objects near the product.
5. Do not leave the Bluetooth module charging for an extended period of time.
6. Do not use or store this product in extremely high or low temperature environment.
7. Do not store this product near toxic chemicals.
8. Do not store this product near magnets.
9. Do not store this product in a humid environment.
10. If the Bluetooth module will not be used for an extended period of time, it recommended to charge the module once a month to protect the battery.
